[ESP/ENG] ENTREGA DE 14

Hoy es 14 de febrero y en muchas partes del mundo se celebra el Día del amor y la amistad y, aunque siempre es momento para amar y estar junto a nuestras amistades esta fecha tiene su historia la que les invito a buscar en la web, para entender por qué se escoge este día para celebrar estos bellos sentimientos.

Para este autor este día es especial, pues, al igual que muchos de ustedes comparten la dicha de tener amigos y la bendición del amor. Pero, este 14 de febrero es especial porque es el número 25 que paso junto a mi esposa. Parece que fue ayer cuando iniciamos nuestra relación (29 de octubre de 1997) y puedo decir que es una de las decisiones más importante de las que he tomado en mi vida.

Por tales razones, cada 14 de febrero le regalo una composición poética a mi esposa, como manera de dejar plasmado el amor que por ella siento. No soy poeta y respeto muchísimo a los que dedican a esta actividad, pero el amor es capaz de hacer cosas increíbles y en mi caso esta es una de ellas.

Otras de las cosas que intento cada 14 de febrero es dejar mis impresiones, sobre lo que siento y pienso, sobre estos sentimientos, para tratar de tratar de trasmitir sensibilidades e intentar tocar corazones y sanar almas.

De eso va esta publicación. De una parte va un escrito sobre el 14 de febrero y de la otra la iniciativa del amor para mi esposa convertida en composición poética que en este caso son décimas que grafican lo que significa en mi vida.

ENTREGA DE 14.

Desde tiempos inmemoriales el amor ha sido el sentimiento que ha sabido imponerse a las adversidades, ha convertido reveses aparentes en importantes victorias, se ha impuesto a desagravios, malentendidos y sinsabores. ¿Si me preguntaran qué es la vida sin amor?, sin dudar respondería:
•Tristeza infinita y dolor inconsolable,
•Incertidumbre absoluta,
•“Noche eterna”, combinada con “perenne invierno”,
•Triunfo de la envidia, la amargura, el desamor, lo insensato.

Sencillamente, el mundo sin Amor sería infierno, no vida.
La vida sin amor no puede existir porque somos engendrados por él, de él y con él.

Por tanto, siempre he pensado que el amor es un sentimiento universal, es libre, pero a la vez te mantienes preso, te alegras cuando llegas y pareces morir cuando se va, te anima y te duele, te alegra y entristece, te entrega y te quita, te enseña y aprendes.

Todos los actos que realizamos en nuestras vidas están presididos por ese sentimiento universal que es el amor, y es que todo lo que hacemos con amor, nos sale bien, o al menos, nos queda la satisfacción de haberlo intentado bien.

Lo que hacemos por cumplir, o sin amor, tengan la completa seguridad que al final, el resultado no es el deseado. Hay dos maneras de hacer las cosas: una bien, y otra para salir del paso, lo que se hace bien, dura para siempre.

Por eso ame a su familia y en especial a sus hijos y padres porque de todas las relaciones interpersonales, son las más importantes, quiera y respete a sus amigos porque son los padres, hermanos, hijos que no pudo tener por lazos consanguíneos y constituyen parte de su familia, ame su trabajo, este aun cuando no satisface todas nuestras necesidades, es sustento básico de nuestro bienestar.

Ame a sus compañeros de trabajo; a sus vecinos y a sus amigos. Incluso, ame a sus enemigos, de esta forma les está demostrando que el amor es el único sentimiento que puede trocar en luz lo oscuro, en cariño el odio, o como dijo Silvio Rodríguez: trocar lo sucio en oro.

En fin, ame la vida que es tan corta, tan dura y única y en la que usted es un ser importante, imprescindible y único.
Deseo que se llene de amor, para que tenga la capacidad de dárselo a todo y a todos.

Que el amor lo guíe, lo persiga y crucifique.

Como expliqué en otras publicaciones cada 14 de febrero le regalo a mi esposa una composición poética llamada poesía. No debe tener la calidad técnica porque no la domino, pero le pongo mucho amor y a ella le gusta este detalle. En fin, aquí les dejo la que le compuse para el día de hoy y que en el título refleja lo que ella significa para mí.

Tú eres mi navidad,
Mi 14 de febrero,
Mi cielo, mi Varadero,
Mi mayor necesidad.
Tú eres la felicidad,
Que alegra mi corazón,
Mi confianza, mi bastón,
mi rumbo mi firmamento,
Tú eres el monumento,
del amor y la razón.

Si yo tuviera otras vidas,
Y te pudiera tener,
Te volvería a escoger,
Porque eres mi salvavidas.
Eres pasión encendida,
Eres luz y eres calor,
De la vida: lo mejor,
Del verso: lo más sincero,
Del amor: lo verdadero,
Y del jardín eres flor.

A necessary introduction

Today is February 14 and in many parts of the world is celebrated the Day of Love and Friendship and, although it is always a time to love and be with our friends, this date has its history which I invite you to search the web, to understand why this day is chosen to celebrate these beautiful feelings.

For this author this day is special, because, like many of you share the joy of having friends and the blessing of love. But, this February 14th is special because it is the 25th that I have spent with my wife. It seems like yesterday when we started our relationship (October 29, 1997) and I can say that it is one of the most important decisions I have made in my life.

For these reasons, every February 14th I give a poetic composition to my wife, as a way of expressing the love I feel for her. I am not a poet and I respect very much those who dedicate themselves to this activity, but love is capable of doing incredible things and in my case this is one of them.

Another of the things I try to do every February 14 is to leave my impressions, about what I feel and think, about these feelings, to try to convey sensitivities and try to touch hearts and heal souls.

That is what this publication is about. On the one hand is a writing about February 14 and on the other hand the initiative of love for my wife turned into a poetic composition that in this case are tenths that illustrate what it means in my life.

Without further ado, here I leave you my:

DELIVERY OF 14.

Since time immemorial, love has been the feeling that has been able to impose itself over adversities, has turned apparent setbacks into important victories, has imposed itself over grievances, misunderstandings and heartaches. If I were asked what life is without love, without hesitation I would answer: Infinite sadness and unconscious pain:

• Infinite sadness and inconsolable pain,
• Absolute uncertainty,
• "Eternal night", combined with "perennial winter."
• Triumph of envy, bitterness, lovelessness, senselessness.

Simply put: the world without Love would be hell, not life.
Life without love cannot exist because we are engendered by it, from it and with it.

Therefore, I have always thought that love is a universal feeling, it is free, but at the same time you are held prisoner, you rejoice when it comes and you seem to die when it goes, it cheers you and it hurts you, it gladdens you and it saddens you, it gives you and it takes away, it teaches you and you learn.

All the acts we perform in our lives are presided over by that universal feeling that is love, and everything we do with love, we do well, or at least, we are left with the satisfaction of having tried well.

What we do to comply, or without love, rest assured that in the end, the result is not the desired one. There are two ways of doing things: one well, and the other to get by, what is done well, lasts forever.

So love your family and especially your children and parents because of all interpersonal relationships, are the most important, love and respect your friends because they are parents, siblings, children who could not have blood ties and are part of your family, love your job, this even if it does not meet all our needs, is the basic support of our welfare.

Love your co-workers, your neighbors and your friends. Even love your enemies, in this way you are showing them that love is the only feeling that can change the dark into light, hate into affection, or as Silvio Rodriguez said: change the dirty into gold.

In short, love life, which is so short, so hard and unique, and in which you are an important, indispensable and unique being.
I wish you to be filled with love, so that you have the capacity to give it to everything and everyone.

May love guide you, pursue you and crucify you.

As I explained in other publications, every February 14 I give my wife a poetic composition called poetry. It should not have the technical quality because I do not master it, but I put a lot of love and she likes this detail. Anyway, here I leave you the one I composed for today and that in the title reflects what she means to me.

My greatest need.

You are my Christmas,
My February 14th,
My heaven, my Varadero,
My greatest need.
You are the happiness
That gladdens my heart,
My confidence, my staff,
My course my firmament,
You are the monument
Of love and reason.

If I had other lives,
And I could have you,
I would choose you again,
For you are my lifeline.
You are passion on fire,
You are light and you are warmth,
Of life: the best,
Of verse: the most sincere,
Of love: the true,
And of the garden you are a flower.
