¡Hola, atletas y entusiastas del movimiento! soy @thony-d.
Hoy acabo de completar el 3er Challenge organizado por SWC, y debo decir que fue todo un reto. Esta vez, el desafío consistía en mantener la posición de la dominada (pull-up) el mayor tiempo posible.
Hello, athletes and movement enthusiasts! I'm @thony-d. Today I just completed the 3rd Challenge organized by SWC, and I must say it was quite a challenge. This time, the challenge was to hold the pull-up position for as long as possible.
Desde el primer segundo, sentí cómo cada músculo de mi cuerpo se activaba, y el reloj parecía ir en cámara lenta. La tensión en los brazos y la espalda se incrementaba con cada momento que pasaba, y el desafío mental de resistir la tentación de soltarme fue increíble.A pesar de la dificultad, no me rendí. Seguí luchando hasta el último segundo, concentrándome en mi respiración y en mantener la posición. Este reto realmente me sacó de mi zona de confort, pero esa es precisamente la razón por la que me encanta hacerlo. Siempre hay una oportunidad para superar nuestros límites y aprender algo nuevo sobre nosotros mismos.
From the first second, I felt every muscle in my body activate, and the clock seemed to go in slow motion. The tension in my arms and back increased with each passing moment, and the mental challenge of resisting the temptation to let go was incredible.Despite the difficulty, I didn't give up. I kept fighting until the last second, concentrating on my breathing and holding the position. This challenge really pushed me out of my comfort zone, but that's precisely why I love doing it. There is always an opportunity to push our limits and learn something new about ourselves.
La experiencia fue reveladora. A medida que los segundos pasaban, cada vez se hacía más evidente que mantener la posición no solo requería fuerza física, sino también una gran concentración y control mental. Sentí cómo mis músculos se tensaban y mi mente luchaba por mantener la calma y la determinación. Aunque no logré superar el tiempo de Stiffen, estoy orgulloso de haber dado lo mejor de mí y de haber aprendido más sobre mis límites y capacidades.
The experience was eye-opening. As the seconds ticked by, it became increasingly clear that holding the position required not only physical strength, but also great concentration and mental control. I felt my muscles tighten and my mind struggled to remain calm and determined. Although I did not manage to beat Stiffen's time, I am proud to have done my best and to have learned more about my limits and capabilities.
