Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, hoy les comparto el video de mi entrenamiento de front que tuvo lugar hace bastantes d\u00edas, semanas incluso, pero que no pude subir ya que la plataforma de 3speak estaba caida, pero ya que esta devuelta les traigo con entusiasmo este video. El entreno comenz\u00f3 alrededor de las 7 p.m, cuando por fin me desocup\u00e9 y pude ir a las barras. Para ser sincero, no recuerdo muchos detalles de lo que pas\u00f3 ayer, ya que hoy no he dormido casi nada, y quiz\u00e1s por eso mi memoria est\u00e1 un poco borrosa. Lo importante es que entren\u00e9 como siempre, enfoc\u00e1ndome en el front. Algo que puedo destacar es que poco a poco me estoy sintiendo m\u00e1s fuerte en ese movimiento. Es gratificante ver c\u00f3mo, con el tiempo, voy recuperando lo que perd\u00ed debido a la lesi\u00f3n. Ayer tambi\u00e9n decid\u00ed agregar un poco m\u00e1s de dificultad a los hefestos, lo que siempre viene bien para seguir mejorando. To be honest, I don't remember many details of what happened yesterday, as I got almost no sleep today, and maybe that's why my memory is a bit fuzzy. The important thing is that I trained as usual, focusing on the front. One thing I can highlight is that little by little I am feeling stronger in that movement. It is gratifying to see how, with time, I am recovering what I lost due to the injury.
