Ah! We have something like this in Thailand as well but we used really soft silken tofu instead firm tofu and we sprinkle the crispy bun over the ginger soup, they are so yummy and refreshing! 😀

Ah, Ya! I need silken tofu but didn't find it in the market here. I think I should make it for myself from soybeans curd :)
