Oh, I understand having to deal with 8-hour blackouts and being completely cut off from the outside world, it happens to us every day in my country.

But I'm really glad to hear that you and your girlfriend were able to find some small moments of joy and connection by playing board games together during those blackouts, as well as the fun times you had with your friends trying to "steal" each other's cards.
