RE: Paris and the loss of Mbappe's dream... a golden prison or super intelligence in keeping the stars?

It may not be undeniable that money was a reason for Mbappe staying, I believe it goes beyond that. More factors like the fear of change and having stayed in a place for a long time. We saw how difficult it was for Messi to leave Barcelona which wasn't because of money and he was eventually "forced" to leave. It's just quite different because PSG have the money to throw around. Mbappe is a local boy and even if he doesn't leave, I won't be surprised. We've seen great players follow that path. I just doubt he'd conquer Europe from there with the way things are currently. Maybe if they have a change in management, things might change.
Regardless, Real Madrid will be fine without Mbappe.
The fear is that he will be the new version of Neymar and the loss of another star, it is very difficult to prove that he is the best from within the French League
