that you say is right in many cases but I come to this age and look at the current generation, I think that physical punishment should be given in many cases. For example, first of all in the case of school, teachers should be given permission to punish. Because in this way the children of the current generation will learn to respect the teachers. After this, parents should punish their children at home. This will create a fear in their minds that what they should do and what they should not do. If they do which they will be punished and which they will not?
I have mixed with many bad boys who are addicted to various drugs but I have never smoked a single cigarette so far. Because it is forbidden in my family. Because when I was a child, I once smoked a pack of cigarettes while having fun and my mother punished me for it. From then on, I knew that it was bad. And now, even at the age of 30+, I have never smoked that cigarette.
Just by explaining it well or giving a little scolding, the children of today understand the right and wrong very late. But when they are submissive, they are immediately mixed with that bad environment that they cannot leave later.
I agree with the point of punishment in school, but this punishment should be given only when the child is repeatedly making mistakes. In many places, I have seen that children are given excessive punishment even for small mistakes, which is wrong because why use hands for something that can be solved by talking.
