I can imagine tha tthis was more embarassing for the young lady more than it was for you. I know you were embarassed because you were the director but these young ladies have to bear some responsibility as well. It is good however that some valuable lessons were learn from this scenario.

Yes, that was why I said I had to do a lot of counselling and consoling. I couldn't even scold her for her mistake because I knew it had more impact on her.
Also if I was a girl, It would have been less wired talking about it with her... But then it was still my responsibility to get everyone through the mess no matter how embarrassed I was
