I know my coffee habits will shift with the autumn coming… not that much, but there will be a change for sure. With the summer ending I already gradually slow down the cold brew and iced coffee preparation. This will make space for more filter and espresso preparations. I don’t stop the hot coffee in the summer, but it is usually consumed only in the mornings, maybe sometimes in the afternoons, but if the temperature outside is above 35 degrees centigrade it is time for ice cold drinks.

A slice of dried lime always adds a bit more freshness in the cold brew coffee!

Many people link autumn with more sweetened and spicy beverages, but coffee will come always black for me. ☕️

Coffee will always be an inseparable companion, whether it is summer or winter, simply nothing could replace the feeling of well-being that it leaves us when we try it.

Thank you for leaving your comment.☕
Good day.

WOW!
I've never tried cold brew coffee with a slice of lemon; must be exciting. I must find out.

The slice definitely adds a layer of freshness on the already perfect taste. I wish I had a dehydrator in my home. Once dried, you can keep the lemon slices in a jar for a substantial amounts of time!

Yeah, I've heard that coffee is great with lemon and somehow I think iced coffee with lemon would be best. Sounds refreshing:)

It looks tempting! I have tried orange peel in my "guayoyo" (the Venezuelan equivalent to an Americano)I have seen these slices of dried lime too often lately; I guess they have become popular--or I'm paying more attention 😅--Anyway, this slice looks a lot better than the ones I've seen which look more dead than dried, LOL.

My heart is with you!

These slices are dried in a special food dehydrator. If yours are dried on sun there will be some difference 😁
And yes, my coffee is always black!

This is a reminder that I need to experiment more with my coffee.
I'm gonna start brewing some to make iced coffee and then add a few slices of lemon:)))

That makes so much sense. I don't really drink iced coffee, but I have iced tea in hot climate. I was first introduced to iced tea and iced coffee by the Japanese:)

I just love ice cold coffee in a hot summer day. And yes, Japanese have a lot of different options if you want cold tea or coffee. When I travelled there, I used to buy different tea every day. They were all amazing!

I'm not a big fan of cold coffee. Maybe it's because the temperature here is tropical all year round and I'm used to always drinking my coffee hot.

However, I'm curious to try that coffee with a slice of orange.
