Saludos amigas y amigos, el dia de hoy les comparto mi participación en el challenge numero 3 de #SWC challenge el cual consiste en el mayor tiempo de isometria en la parte alta de una dominada, el reto la verdad se me complico mas de lo que esperaba ya que es un tipo de resistencia del cual no estoy acostumbrado a trabajar pero de igual forma hice mi mayor esfuerzo, espero disfruten el video.
Greetings friends, today I share with you my participation in challenge number 3 of #SWC challenge which consists of the longest isometry time in the upper part of a pull-up. The truth is that the challenge was more complicated than I expected. I expected it since it is a type of resistance that I am not used to working with but I still did my best, I hope you enjoy the video.
