Change in the Voucher System + My Game Activity and Progress on Splinterlands
A few minutes ago, Splinterlands published a post in which it announced the change of the current system related to VOUCHER tokens which will be completely changed in the interval between August 15, 2024 and September 3, 2024.
Starting from August 15, VOUCHER tokens will become in-game tokens and it will no longer be possible to transfer them from the in-game wallet to dex.
In three time steps, the VOUCHER token discount function will be eliminated.
Starting September 3, there will be a unique in-game DEC/Voucher liquidity pool, a Voucher store will be created, and VOUCHER token transfers between players will be subject to a tax (12.5%).
I still haven't decided what to do with my VOUCHER tokens but considering that starting August 15, 2024 VOUCHER tokens will no longer be transferable from in-game wallet to dex but it will always be possible to transfer them from dex to ingame wallet I chose to make the most logical choice at this time in my opinion: I transferred all my VOUCHER tokens (in-game and on SPS Chain) to Hive Engine.
This way, even after August 15, I will have more choices available to me.
Regarding my game activity in the current season, I have already achieved the first season goal that I set at the beginning of the season: achieve at least the Gold I league in Modern Format.
In fact, with 188 battles played and 96 battles won I have achieved a rating = 2580 and am in the Gold I league in the Modern Format.
I will try to improve my rating score more, but having reached the Gold I league with almost 7 days before the end of the season is already a great progress compared to my previous seasons where I only reached the Gold I league during the last two days of the season.
I also made progress in upgrading the Soulbound cards of the Chaos Legion set.
At the beginning of the season, I purchased and opened 100 Rare Draws and still had 3 out of 12 soulbound rare cards to upgrade to the highest level:
- Ravenhood Warden (I was missing 1 BCX)
- Octavia Shadowmeld (I was missing 3 BCX)
- Helios Matriarch (I was 2 BCX short).

In the next few days I purchased more Rare Draws.
Today I spent 18750 GLINT and purchased another 25 Rare Draws.
Thanks to the cards I found today (My Opening Link) I completed another two upgrades to the highest level: Ravenhood Warden and Helios Matriarch.
Now I only need 1 BCX of Octavia Shadowmeld to complete the upgrade of all soulbound rare cards in the Chaos Legion set.
On August 15 there will also be the release of the new Soulbound Reward cards which will produce the out-of-print status of the old Soulbound Reward cards that can no longer be found in the Draws purchased in the Reward Shop.
I still have 6 days to buy more Rare Draw and try to find the single BCX I am missing to complete the upgrades of the soulbound rare cards.
If I manage to complete this upgrade goal of mine related to rare soulbound cards then I will try to purchase as many Legendary draws as possible to increase the level of at least one of my legendary soulbound cards, which, however, are all at a level below four.

Cambiamento del sistema dei voucher + La mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi in Splinterlands
Pochi minuti fa Splinterlands ha pubblicato un post in cui ha annunciato il cambiamento del sistema attuale relativo ai token VOUCHER che verrà completamente modificato nell'intervallo di tempo tra il 15 agosto 2024 e il 3 settembre 2024.
A partire dal 15 agosto i VOUCHER diventeranno in-game token e non sarà più possibile trasferirli dall'in-game wallet verso i dex.
In tre fasi temporali sarà eliminata la funzione di sconto dei token VOUCHER.
A partire dal 3 settembre ci sarà un unica in-game DEC/Voucher liquidity pool, sarà creato un Voucher store e i trasferimenti di token VOUCHER tra giocatori saranno soggetti a una tassa (12.5%).
Io non ho ancora deciso cosa fare con i miei token VOUCHER ma dato che a partire dal 15 agosto 2024 i token VOUCHER non saranno più trasferibili dall'in-game wallet ai dex ma sarà sempre possibile trasferirli dai dex all'ingame wallet ho scelto di fare la scelta più logica in questo momento secondo me: ho trasferito tutti i miei token VOUCHER (in-game e su SPS Chain) su Hive Engine.
In questo modo anche dopo il 15 agosto avrò più scelte a mia disposizione.
Per quanto riguarda la mia attività di gioco nella stagione in corso ho già raggiunto il primo obiettivo stagionale che mi ero prefissato all'inizio della stagione: raggiungere almeno la lega Gold I nel Modern Format.
Infatti con 188 battaglie giocate e 96 battaglie vinte ho raggiunto un punteggio di rating = 2580 e sono nella lega Gold I nel Modern Format.
Cercherò di migliorare ancora il mio punteggio di rating ma essere arrivato in lega Gold I con quasi 7 giorni prima della fine della stagione è già un grande progresso rispetto alle mie stagioni precedenti in cui raggiungevo la lega Gold I solo durante gli ultimi due giorni della stagione.

Ho ancora 6 giorni per acquistare altri Rare Draw e cercare di trovare il singolo BCX che mi manca per completare gli upgrades delle carte soulbound rare.
Se riuscirò a completare questo mio obiettivo di upgrade relativo alle carte rare soulbound poi cercherò di acquistare il maggior numero di Legendary draws per aumentare il livello di almeno una delle mie carte soulbound leggendarie che, però, sono tutte ad un livello inferiore al quarto.

Vedo che le idee sono sempre più confuse. L'unica cosa coerente è nel togliere valore agli asset e di impedirne il cambio con coin.
Il voucher era nato per offrire la possibilità di ottenere sconti negli acquisti ed ora non ha più questa funzione e non ho capito quale sarà la sua funzione futura.
Intanto sposto e vendo quelli che mi ero tenuto. Ho la sensazione che Splinterlands mi stia invitando a smantellare tutto, anche quello che non vorrei. Pazienza.
