Clumsiness
As in,
I was looking down at the fitness app on my phone as I walked. Turns out, though my arms are weak, with my shins, I can really bench.

Bada bing, you been punned. See, it’s funny because benching is lifting weights while you lie on a bench, but here the implication is that I’m doing it with my shins, when in reality the thing that happened is that I walked into a bench and now there’s a gnarly bump on my shin. Truth in comedy.

Even though I've never really partied that much, my friends all have these wildman rockstar nicknames for me, due to my clumsiness. They call me Tim Leary because they say that I'm always tripping... Other times they call me Mark E Smith because I'm known for the Fall.
