It's tricky for sure, I think they are against spaying and neutering in Jordan, so they opt to just care for the mob of cats instead haha The garbage is a dang shame though 110%

They sure do! I guess cats just act according the the vibe around them... Certainly where I grew up stray cats are not friendly either but rather cautious haha!
