I will sure do same for my parents, and even though I might be too busy with business and all that, I prefer to bring a nanny home seeing that other members of my family would be on the lookout too.

Retirement homes is actually not that bad considering some stuff but then I think a nanny at home under our watch won't also be a bad idea but then it's a matter of choice.
