Day 2215 | Afternoon Walk & Evening Yoga (17k+ Steps)
Thursday in the end turned out to be an active day. I had a bit of productivity early on and went for a walk to the IKEA to get some food and in the evening I ended up joining a 20:15 90-Minute Hot Yoga session resisting further unhealthy food intake afterward even though it was tempting. It does look like I'm in the clear again of having a fallback and I plan to move forward strong continuing to burn those calories and lose more weight.
I ended up doing a total of 17k steps on the day which already has me completed 83% of my goal for the week. There will be no yoga class on Saturday so over the weekend I aim to do a 3 night and 2 Day water fast.
