Outstanding Achievements Of The Year

Even if I haven't achieved everything this year, I still like celebrating my achievements. Each success is a big win.
I outlined some goals in my journals at the beginning of the year, but as man plans, but God determines, I wasn't able to complete them all.

I cancelled my goals for the year and wrote some new ones since the first quarter. This is funny to say. However, I had to start over right afterwards because the year has not gone far. Another goal for the year can still be established, and God enabled me to attain some of it by the end of the year.

 Completion Of Big Project

Starting and finishing a project is a great achievement for an engineer because it involves a lot of stress and difficulties. It was a road project made up of interconnected streets. The road's entire length was 2.1 kilometres; ordinarily, the project's completion time was to be 18 months, but this was pushed back because of the upcoming election by early next year. It was required by the Ministry of Works to be finished in 12 months.

Since it involved 5 separate streets, drainage on both sides of the roads, interlock, etc., I was concerned about how to complete it in the limited time frame provided.
The management is unconcerned about your method of implementation since they see you as a professional who must be able to carry it out.

We were able to finish the project in just 10 months with God's assistance and the help of my team, and it is now ready for commissioning.

   Online Course Was Completed 

I have been postponing these two courses since 2021, but this year I was able to finish both courses, including Email marketing and project management.
I learned a lot because project management is crucial to my profession.

    Invitation To Hive

I have been writing articles for some time, but I haven't taken them seriously, and occasionally I feel like I'm wasting my time since I haven't found a good venue for my talent.
I expressed interest in blogging when @treasuree visited my wife in October and they were talking about it. She introduced me to Hive; she warned me, however, that you must be persistent and patient before you can earn on the platform, and I took her advice seriously. Instead of rushing things, I learned to be patient and consistent.

I started my journey on Hive since I had just finished my assignment and was relaxing at home, which gave me time for online activities. This made me very happy because I have learned a lot since I joined this site, met some fantastic authors, and can't joke around with them.
I used to be able to read extremely well, but I had fallen out of the habit for a while.
After joining hive, however, I rediscovered my love for reading to develop my writing habits.
This is another great achievement for me, and I'm grateful to my on boarder for this great opportunity.
I'm going to be more consistent in the upcoming year to enjoy more benefits in the community.

     Special Recognition Award

As a result of finishing an 18-months project in just 10 months, I received a special recognition award at my company's end-of-year party.
The MD remarked that the company has accomplished a tremendous achievement and that my name will be remembered forever. I was delighted and I'm sure a great gift will follow this award by next year. It was a great year and I'm grateful to the Lord.
