The playoffs are coming up, and just like last year, he's looking for a few good hockey fans to put up an ounce of silver, in the hopes of winning a bit more, depending on how the playoffs go down. "But what might I win?", I can hear you asking. Again, I'm so glad you asked. It took us a while to get here, but the point of this post is to show you what I'm putting into the pot.

Let's face it, dear reader. Despite the US attempts to steal it, hockey belongs to Canada. It was invented there. The US has certainly left its mark, as have Russia and Scandinavia, but it's a sport that's uniquely Canadian. You know what else Canada has? Yes, beer, and oil, and socialized medicine, and flannel. But also....silver. So it only makes sense that I throw some Canadian silver into this thing.

It's a product of Canada, just like hockey.
