What a crock of shit. The pal coins were airdropped to all active users with over 15sp. You dont need to have 20000sp.

I have talked to the mods in PAL.
As far as they are concerned, the information is mostly correct. There were perhaps some minor details that weren't exactly accurate, but they do not consider it a big deal.

You must check if you have your active key from steemit account import in the keychain extension.
I have started to buy PALCoin, but it hasn't been able to buy it in large quantities.
Keychain has been very helpful for all the transactions on the steem engine website.
Do we get the rewards from powering up in palnet wallet ?
