It's Hard To Beat A Team Of Healers

Healing is one of those abilities in Splinterlands that is hard to beat especially when you have multiple copies of the ability in your lineup. There are multiple types of healing but the two main types are tank heal and self heal.

The Earth, Life and Water Splinters are the splinters with better Healing cards and options. And of the three, the Earth Splinter is my favorite pick because it combines a strong self healer like Kron with a fast healer and a slow tank healer. Why is this important? Because you typically get to heal the tank at multiple stages of the round, so that your tank doesn't die.

Against an opponent that only concentrates on the front unit, this can be devastating and very tough to beat. Take the above battle for instance. My opponent was focusing on the front with only one unit, the Madcap Magus, attacking other units.

By round 2, you can see that many of my opponent's units had been taken out leaving him with only 3 cards, 1 of which was on life support. Meanwhile, thanks to strong healing support, my units were in almost perfect condition, like they were at the start of the battle.

And so, despite my opponent landing more attacks, he still couldn't dent the health of my tank because of all the healing going on. What's important is not just the amount, but also the fact that they happen at different times during the round. We all know how this battle is going to end. These are all the cards with Tank Heal, some only get it when you level the cards up.

And these are the cards with self-heal. As you can see, you can form a pretty strong Earth deck with both types of healers. Life as well, but slightly less so in my opinion.

So, do you use a healed-out deck in your battles? If not, I highly recommend that you try it. Maybe with some rented cards first.
