(DE/EN) Season 78 review - From Airdrops and Investments
Intro
Im Review zu Saison 77 habe ich geschrieben, dass der Aufstieg noch etwas auf sich warten lassen wird, und ich erstmal meine Fanbasis ausbauen möchte.
Der Ausbau der Fanbasis ist auch weiterhin mein erstes Ziel, aber dank des Rabona Airdrops habe ich nun deutlich mehr finanziellen Spielraum, den ich gegen Ende der Saison 78 für ein paar zusätzliche Spieler genutzt habe.

Intro
In the review of season 77 I wrote that the promotion will take some time and that I first want to expand my fan base.
The expansion of the fan base is still my first goal, but thanks to the Rabona Airdrop I now have much more financial leeway, which I used towards the end of season 78 for a few additional players.
But see for yourself...
Sportliche Leistungen
Die Saison startete extrem schlecht. Nach 3 Spielen war ich mit einem Punkt Tabellenvorletzter.
Daraufhin gewann ich zwar zwei Spiele in Folge, verlor die nächsten beiden aber auch gleich wieder.
Erst ab Spiel 8 kamen meine Jungs so richtig in Tritt. Mit einer Serie von 14 Spielen ungeschlagen setzte ich mich oben in der Tabelle fest.
Ich verlor nur noch 1 Spiel gegen den späteren Tabellenzweiten und schoss den späteren Meister 3:0 vom Platz. Gratulation an @mezume zum Titel.
Am Ende reichte es trotz des miesen Starts für Tabellenplatz 4 mit 61 Punkten. Das beste Saisonergebnis bisher.
Ich habe aber das Gefühl, da ist noch mehr drin. Vielleicht klappt es doch schon in 1-2 Saisons mit dem Aufstieg.
Sporting achievements
The season started extremely badly. After 3 games, I was second to last in the table with one point.
Then I won two games in a row, but lost the next two.
It wasn't until game 8 that my guys really got going. With a series of 14 undefeated games, I moved up in the table.
I lost only 1 game against the future runner-up and beat the future champion 3:0. Concrats to @mezume for winning the championship.
In the end, despite the bad start, I finished 4th in the table with 61 points. The best result of the season so far.
But I have the feeling that there's still more in it. Maybe it will work out in 1-2 seasons with the promotion.
Teamentwicklung
In Saison 78 habe ich gleich drei neue Spieler verpflichtet.
Als Ersatz für Jonathan Denis und Machiko Ayala habe ich mit Arseni Makisimov und Bryan Parmentier zwei deutlich bessere Verteidiger ins Team holen können.
Den Vertrag von Billy Warren habe ich nicht verlängert und setze statt dessen ab sofort auf die Stärken von Jutice Guzman.
Alle 3 Spieler haben eine OS von über 70 und bringen auch hohe Teamplaywerte mit.
Den Vertrag meines Torwarts Vasily Timofeev habe ich verlängert, da ich keinen günstigeren Ersatz gefunden habe. Genau ein Spiel danach hat er sich für 9 Spiele verletzt, so dass ich die neue Saison ohne Torwart beginnen werde.
Das heißt ganz ohne Torwart natürlich nicht. Mein Mittelfeldspieler Pedro Leite hat eine GK Wert von 78 und hat bereits die letzten Spiele in Saison 78 ausgeholfen. Das wird sicher auch in Saison 79 gut funktionieren.
Fürs Training wird der Schwerpunkt weiterhin auf Endurance liegen. Hier ist immernoch Potential im gesamten Team. Ab und an wird Speed und 4-2-3-1 eingestreut.
Sollte es bei den Verletzungen bleiben, sehe ich weiterhin keinen Bedarf für mehr als 14 Spielern. Bisher komme ich so gut über die Runden.
In der kommenden Saison laufen die Verträge von zwei Verteidigern und einem Mittelfeldspieler aus. Zumindest den Mittelfeldspieler Hubert Adamczyk werde ich sicherlich ersetzen.
Team development
In season 78, I signed three new players.
As replacements for Jonathan Denis and Machiko Ayala, I was able to bring Arseni Makisimov and Bryan Parmentier, two much better defenders, into the team.
I didn't extend Billy Warren's contract and instead rely on the strengths of Jutice Guzman.
All 3 players have an OS of over 70 and also bring high team play values.
I extended the contract of my goalkeeper Vasily Timofeev, because I couldn't find a cheaper replacement. Exactly one game after that he got injured for 9 games, so I will start the new season without a goalkeeper.
That doesn't mean completely without a goalkeeper, of course. My midfielder Pedro Leite has a GK value of 78 and has already helped out the last games in season 78. I'm sure that will work well in season 79 as well.
For training, the focus will still be on Endurance. There is still potential here throughout the team. Speed and 4-2-3-1 will be sprinkled in from time to time.
If injuries continue, I still see no need for more than 14 players. So far, I'm getting by so well.
In the coming season, the contracts of two defenders and one midfielder expire. I will certainly replace at least the midfielder Hubert Adamczyk.
Entwicklung des Stadions
Am Stadion habe ich in Saison 78 nichts verändert.
In meinem besten Heimspiel hatte ich nun annähernd 5.000 Fans im Stadion. Ich werde mich also doch früher als erwartet mit einem Ausbau auseinandersetzen müssen.
Ob dies bereits in SAison 79 oder erst in Saison 80 geschieht, werden ich nächste Saison entscheiden. Der Ausbau dauert mehr als 16 Tage und damit über 2 Saisons. Dazu sind die Kostne in Höhe von 8.000.000 RBN sehr hoch.
Wir werden sehen.
Development of the stadium
I didn't change anything about the stadium in season 78.
In my best home game, I now had almost 5,000 fans in the stadium. So I will have to deal with an expansion sooner than expected.
I will decide next season if this will happen in season 79 or in season 80. The expansion will take more than 16 days and therefore more than 2 seasons. In addition, the costs of 8,000,000 RBN are very high.
We will see.
Fanentwicklung
Nahezu 20.000 zusätzliche Fans kann ich in Saison 78 für den FC Riedstadt begeistern.
Damit hat unser Fanclub nun eine Größe von 86.601 Fans. Ein Anstieg von 29,4 %.
Die Hälfte des Anstiegs lässt sich auf internationale Fans zurückführen. Damit habe ich nun bald mehr internationale wie nationale Fans.
Wenn ich das wiederholen kann, knacke ich bereits in Saison 79 die 100.000 Fans im Fanclub.
Dann sollte ich den Leuten wirklich ein schöneres und größeres Stadion gönnen.
Fan development
I can inspire almost 20,000 additional fans for FC Riedstadt in season 78.
This means that our fan club now has a size of 86,601 fans. An increase of 29.4%.
Half of the increase can be attributed to international fans. This means that I will soon have more international fans than national fans.
If I can repeat that, I'll crack 100,000 fans in the fan club as early as season 79.
Then I should really treat people to a nicer and bigger stadium.
Finanzielles & Hive Reward
Die gute Nachricht ist, da ich dem Rabona Curation Trail folge und auch ein paar RBN auf dem Konto habe, habe ich beim ersten Rabona Airdrop 14 MRBN erhalten.
Das hat meine finanzielle Situation deutlich verbessert. wie oben geschrieben, nutze ich das Geld um mein Team Stück für Stück weiter zu verbessern.
Das ging natürlich nicht an meinen Spielergehältern vorbei, die auf satte 5,58 MRBN steigen.
Die restlichen Kosten sind vernachlässigbar, so dass sich die gesamten Kosten auf unter 5.9 MRB belaufen.
Demgegenüber steigen meine Einnahmen um knapp 0,3 MRBN auf 2,64 MRBN.
Damit habe ich erstmals einen Verlust von deutlich über 3 MRBN.
Die Strategie sieht aber nun vor durch mehr Siege noch schneller an Fans zuzugewinnen und eventuell doch sogar bereits in wenigen Saisons in die erste Liga aufzusteigen.
Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, soll es auch weitere Airdrops geben. So gesehen, kann ich mir diese Strategie auch leisten.
Komme mir gerade vor, wie bei PSG. Kommt mal kurz der Scheich vorbei und legt ne schöne Stange Geld für Spieler hin.
Financial & Hive Reward
The good news is, since I follow the Rabona Curation Trail and also have some RBN in my account, I received 14 MRBN at the first Rabona Airdrop.
This improved my financial situation significantly. As written above, I use the money to improve my team bit by bit.
Of course, this did not go past my player salaries, which increase to a whopping 5.58 MRBN.
The remaining costs are negligible, so that the total costs amount to less than 5.9 MRB.
In contrast, my revenues increase by just under 0.3 MRBN to 2.64 MRBN.
This means that for the first time I have a loss of well over 3 MRBN.
However, the strategy is now to gain fans even faster through more victories and possibly even to be promoted to the first league in just a few seasons.
If I understood it correctly, there should also be more airdrops. From that point of view, I can afford this strategy.
I feel like I'm at PSG right now. The sheikh comes by and puts down a nice chunk of money for players.
Pläne für Saison 79
Das Ziel ist es den eingeschlagene Weg konstant weiterzugehen und mich vom Defizit nicht ablenken zu lassen.
Über die kommenden Saisons muss ich meine Fanbasis so ausbauen, dass ich mir einen ordentlichen Kader auch ohne Airdrops leisten kann.
Ich nehme nun doch die erste Liga ins Visier. Sollte das nicht klappen, bin ich aber auch nicht traurig darüber.
Es ist eine kompetitive Liga und irgendwas kann immer schief gehen. Zum Aufstieg brauche ich eine nahezu Fehlerlose Saison, mit wenigen Verletzten.
Plans for season 79
The goal is to continue on the same path and not let the deficit distract me.
Over the coming seasons, I have to expand my fan base so that I can afford a decent squad even without airdrops.
I'm now setting my sights on the first league after all. If that doesn't work out, I'm not sad about it.
It's a competitive league and something can always go wrong. For promotion, I need an almost flawless season, with few injuries.
