Homemade Mayonnaise

One egg- white and yolk
One cup avocado oil

Using an immersion blender, just whip for about 15 seconds. Season with salt if desired.

I don't add salt usually when I am using this to make homemade ranch salad dressing.

Ranch Recipe

The prepared homemade mayonnaise
One to one and a half cups of plain yogurt- I start with one cup then add as needed for consistency desired
1-1 1/2 teaspoons each of garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes and dill weed
One half teaspoon black pepper
1/8-1/4 teaspoon of salt- I used Pink Himalayan and only used about 1/8 teaspoon. Start with the lower amount as you can always add more if needed

Put all in a bowl and mix. Chill for several hours before serving.
