The struggle to Suport Steem promotion with #posh in 2020

Hi Steemian how are you? Hopefully healthy and creative work.
New year celebration has passed. We have also set direction and goals in 2020. We will welcome this year with more enthusiastic work. Of course this is very closely related to the achievements we have in 2019. There has been achieved there is still not or even failed at all.
In Steem I feel we need to share. We can tell how the STeemian achieve goals. If yesterday there was something that failed, of course it's time for us to rise again. We must not give up on the situation.
The state of the STeem value which is still at the bottom and is still less than $ 0.2 should not be our reason for withdrawing from Steem.

Support promotion of Steem

We must maximize our role as Steemian. We must be smart to look for income earning opportunities. We must be sure that when the STeem value is low there are still many opportunities that we can get. If we can take advantage of this situation, I believe that when the value of STeem crept up or even skyrocketed, we are in a better position.
We also need to do Steem promotion to other media. We know that this idea has been initiated many by senior STeemians like @ocd, @ocdb. @ocd-witness, @themarkymark, @theycallmedan, and others. We need to support their steps so that STeem can survive and be increasingly recognized by everyone.
To support their steps we are recommended using #posh, and tweeting or sharing through other media. For #posh and tweet via Twitter account we are asked to add #steem and #steemit.
Every day I try to help this effort by posting on STeem using #posh. Then I will share it via Twitter with #steem and #steemit.
In the past I felt that what I did was to get a reward, now I no longer think too much about getting a reward. but I feel called to join in their support.
My hope is that Steem is better known and then used by more people. We know Twitter has very many users from various countries. We have a chance to introduce STeem to them.

Challenge post content

One of the challenges we now face is the content of a post. When we share posts with other media, we must give our best. do not let people often see the promotion Steem but when they click on the link that we give and then become disappointed. this is what we must emphasize on every content creator. All STeemian who work must give more value to each post. Good work will certainly make everyone who reads or sees become interested and can then follow our steps to become a STeemian.
We also have to stick to the working principle as Steemian. It should not tolerate Spamming, plagiarism or other forms of cheating. With this step, hopefully the quality of a post will be lifted that will also carry the good name Steem. Do not let people then comment badly on Steem. do not let them then anti-starch against Steem. This is where our role to help fight for Steem in other media.
Thus my writing this time may be of benefit to us all.
