LET US DELVE INTO A WORLD OF PHOTOGRAPHY.

Over this past year I have discussed, from time to time, about the low prices of Steem, and even now some of the Tribal Tokens have dropped in value. I have seen others speaking about this in their publication as well. Personally, I have been waiting for other crypto-currencies to continue their price increases that began a few months ago. They have stalled out. Everyone's needs differ, depending on their life situation. I have not worried about the price of Steem and related Tokens because I am not planning on selling any.

I have to admit I am frustrated that other crypto-currencies have not been moving up. I do not need it to supplement my income to help with household expenses (such as buying food), but I am trying to to prepare for retirement which means getting my house in good conditions, because the money will be limited once I retire. It seems trivial compared to many that are trying to survive, and I try to keep this in the forefront of my mind.

As for Steem and the "blockchain" I need to remind everyone that this is also a Social Media/blogging combined platform. Somewhere in there we need to find enjoyment in what we are doing. I believe if we just focus on the financial end of this endeavor that the quality of what we do will be lower. Yes I want to see everyone make money here, but I also want to see people enjoy themselves. We have this great opportunity to meet people from all over the world, from all walks of life, and thus learn about other cultures with an open mind. I have met so many wonderful people over my time on Steemit, and learned about so many cultures that I would not have otherwise happened. When frustration sets in I try and bring to the forefront of my mind this great opportunity we are experiencing.

My heart aches when I see how difficult some people are having in the world. I cannot fix the problems everywhere, but I can help out as best I can. Yet, I see so many people in difficult situations continue to strive to be happy. No matter how low the earnings are try and focus on some of the positive aspects of the platform, and keep striving to improve with your publications. Engage with others and seek some enjoyment. Find thankfulness for the small amount that we do get to earn. I believe as we focus more on the positive, the more of a chance things will improve. So my final words on this subject is look for the positive in every situation and NEVER GIVE UP!

Durante este último año he discutido, de vez en cuando, sobre los bajos precios de Steem, e incluso ahora algunos de los Tokens Tribales han caído en valor. También he visto a otros hablar de esto en su publicación. Personalmente, he estado esperando que otras cripto-divisas continúen sus incrementos de precios que comenzaron hace unos meses. Se han estancado. Las necesidades de cada uno difieren, dependiendo de su situación en la vida. No me he preocupado por el precio de Steem y Tokens relacionados porque no estoy planeando vender ninguno.

Tengo que admitir que estoy frustrado de que otras cripto-divisas no hayan estado subiendo. No lo necesito para complementar mis ingresos para ayudar con los gastos del hogar (como comprar comida), pero estoy tratando de prepararme para la jubilación, lo que significa que mi casa estará en buenas condiciones, porque el dinero estará limitado una vez que me jubile. En algún lugar ahí dentro necesitamos encontrar placer en lo que estamos haciendo. Creo que si nos centramos en la parte financiera de este esfuerzo, la calidad de lo que hacemos será menor. Sí, quiero que todos ganen dinero aquí, pero también quiero que la gente se divierta. Tenemos esta gran oportunidad de conocer gente de todo el mundo, de todas las profesiones y condiciones sociales, y así aprender sobre otras culturas con una mente abierta. He conocido a tantas personas maravillosas durante mi estancia en Steemit, y he aprendido acerca de tantas culturas que de otra manera no habría sucedido. Cuando la frustración se instala, trato de poner en primer plano esta gran oportunidad que estamos experimentando.

Me duele el corazón cuando veo lo difícil que algunas personas tienen en el mundo. No puedo arreglar los problemas en todas partes, pero puedo ayudar lo mejor que puedo. Sin embargo, veo que muchas personas en situaciones difíciles siguen esforzándose por ser felices. I believe this next one is of a chamomile flower. I may be mistaken because there is another flower similar that grows in the area. We have two kinds of chamomile that grow wild. I collect the flowers and save for teas. It is great to help with sleep.

Here is a new photograph of the twin deer that lost their mother. They have been showing up after dark to feed, if there is anything left. The females and males, as well as young ones, change patterns periodically. This happens at this time of the year due to breeding season. The younger ones try to avoid the males. I am happy to see them on the night camera photos and they are still looking healthy.

Aquí hay una nueva fotografía del ciervo gemelo que perdió a su madre. Han estado apareciendo después del anochecer para alimentarse, si es que queda algo. Las hembras y los machos, así como los jóvenes, cambian los patrones periódicamente. Esto sucede en esta época del año debido a la temporada de reproducción. Los más jóvenes tratan de evitar a los machos. Estoy contento de verlas en las fotos de la cámara nocturna y todavía se ven saludables.

I use a Canon EOS Rebel 5 for most photographs. The deer photographs are usually from my trail cameras, which are attached to a tree and automatically take photographs based on movement or heat (at night).

Utilizo un Canon EOS Rebel 5 para la mayoría de las fotografías. Las fotografías de los ciervos suelen ser de mis cámaras de seguimiento, que están conectadas a un árbol y toman fotografías automáticamente basadas en el movimiento o el calor (por la noche).

I hope you enjoyed this series of photographs. As you may know I always try to reply to comments left in my posts. Due to time constraints I seldom reply to comments in the Curation Report. We still enjoy comments in both publications, but I do what I can. Also, when I am curating using my regular account, @r2cornell, I do not always leave a comment.
