Scottish Landscapes - Rural areas on Isle of Skye

Driving on Isle of Skye is an amazing experience. The roads are narrow, reminds me a roller coaster trail ;). Sometimes we have to be really careful as we will meet many blind spots on the roads. But what is the best - we can find there many photographic opportunities. Small villages, plains, rivers, deep gorges, rocks, magical vistas...

Here is a pack of shots from one of random spots by the road.
Nice view on the small houses, villages, settlements... just imagine living there full year...

I wonder how those people manage to survive. Farm life, sheep breeding, not so many opportunities to earn money and develop.
