My name is Aminu Momodu Rafiu (my friends call me Rafwealth).

I only have two addictions - writing and my family...

I am a Nigerian with undying passion for success.

There's nothing nice to talk about my childhood.

My father died when I was six years old. And part of my mom died alongside with him. .

His death led my mom to an overthinking fueled depression which affected her till she died few months ago.

So, growing up, I didn't know what it means to live with your parents.

I lived with my grandma all my life. Even though village life was hard, I learnt a lot from her.

Career/Education

I have a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State Nigeria.

And I graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Currently, I'm studying for another degree in Business Management at the National Open University of Nigeria.

I'm an Aviation Rescue and Firefighting officer With the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

Of course, I love my job as a firefighter. But nothing gives me joy better than writing and spending quality time with my family.

For the past 7 years, I have been making money online. I started as a freelance content writer on Fiverr. I made my first $1000 on the platform.

After a while, I transitioned to Upwork and earned a lot.

In 2019, I got tired of writing for people. So, I started a relationship blog (Naijalovetips) where I talk about contemporary relationship issues.

After blogging for two years, I started a YouTube channel and I am really enjoying the world of content creation.

However, I have been hearing people discuss cryptocurrencies. But I never really took the topic seriously until I met @ozohu about a year ago.

She invited me to join HIVE and for the past few days, I have learnt a lot from the platform.

So, I see this as a perfect opportunity to learn about the future which is Web 3 and the cryptospace.

I will also be writing insightful and thought provoking articles on Personal finance, investment, and my life experience generally.

And I hope to contribute positively to the HIVE community.

My 'wordsmanship' may not be quite exceptional. But you will definitely learn something new and exciting anytime you read my content.

Family

I am married to the most amazing woman in the world. I'm not kidding guys.

We have a son and expecting another child at the moment.

Being a husband and a father changed me a lot. I now see cartoon and animation movies with my family.

The other day, they made me saw a Disney fairytale movie for over 2 hours.

Oh! I didn't mention, I hate movies...

But I love reading books. My favorite book is "The subtle art of not giving a f*ck by Mark Mason.

I love helping people. I love seeing people around me successful.

I believe that we rise by lifting others. And of course, I know that you loose nothing by helping others.

Over the years, I have helped several people become the best version of themselves.

I have taught them how to earn money online. And I hope to teach more people here on this platform.

So, my articles will focus more on personal development, passive income, and sometimes, investment and my experience as a side hustler...
