Howdy pet-loving friends. I hope you are doing well.

Today I want to share with you the cut of this little schnauzer.
This little fellow has been with Cocoa's bathing service for a few months now.
This little dog has really had a big change since he arrived at the Spa.
His name is Tomy and he is 4 years old.
He is friendly, affectionate but at the same time very serious.

Para el día de hoy les quiero compartir el corte de este pequeño schnauzer.

Este pequeño amigo lleva con el servicio de baño con Cocoa, desde ya hace algunos meses.

Realmente este perrito a tenido un gran cambio desde que llegó al Spa.
Su nombre es Tomy y tiene 4 años de edad.
Es amigable, cariñoso pero a la ves muy serio.

The first day she arrived, her hair was quite dry and damaged. You could also notice a lot of knots in his coat.
He had been shaved completely for many years because of this same problem.
So his skin and hair had many negative changes.
When you constantly shave a dog that genetically is not suitable for this process, it can have negative changes like....

1. Changes in the hair such as: rougher and dryer hair.
2. Delayed growth
3. Sensitive skin prone to dermatitis.

Shaving a dog so often is really not good

El primer día que llegó, se podía notar su pelito bastante seco y maltratado. También se le podía notar una gran cantidad de nudos en su manto.
Estuvo muchos años siendo rapado completamente por este mismo problema.
Entonces su piel y cabello tuvieron muchos cambios negativos.
Cuando mandas a rapar constantemente a un perrito que genéticamente no está apto para este proceso pueden tener cambios negativos como..

1. Cambios en el pelo como son: cabello más áspero y seco.

1. Crecimiento tardío

1. Piel sensible propensa a dermatitis.

Realmente rapar a un perro tan seguido no es bueno

This puppy since he arrived we have tried to keep the cut of the breed. We talked to the owner and he is really committed to bring his puppy monthly.

Grooming in the home for long coated dogs is essential.

As you can see in the picture. After a month you can see that the fur has grown...in the shape of his cut.

Este perrito desde que llegó le hemos tratado de mantener el corte de la raza.

Hablamos con el dueño y realmente se ha comprometido de traer a su perrito mensual.

El cepillado en el hogar para perritos de manto largo es esencial.
Como pueden ver en la foto. Después de un mes se puede ver que el pelito le creció..en la forma de su corte.

This way I have already started to cut it. Here you can see all her hair growing.
I will start by lowering his back with a number 7F blade.
This blade lowers the hair without leaving it shaved.
Then I will be polishing his original cut.
His paws and face.

Por acá ya empecé a realizar su corte. Por acá se puede observar todo su pelito en crecimiento.

Empezaré por bajarle el Lomo con una hojilla número 7F.

Esta hojilla baja el pelo sin dejarlo rapado.
Después estaré puliendo su corte original.
Sus patas y su cara.

Friends! These dogs require delicate care of their fur. They are very prone to skin diseases.
