SCARED OF LAYOFFS

First off, our economy is nose-diving headlong and this is obviously the biggest of its kind ever, we've had series of inflation over the past decades were the prices of things kept going up and never return down again, but this time around its record breaking hyper-inflation, like we have never had it before the cost of living is hitting the roof, the economy is bleading seriously and as much its affecting on businesses really heavy.

yesterday while in the office, i and my colleague having this discussion about our fears of a possible lay offs from work, because ever since this week, sales has drastically dropped and as a result of that production as dropped as well cause there is no sales, due to this facts we are very scared down to our bones if most of us might make it out to nextmonth.

Its really hard on us, the common masses, cause since the cost of every item, every commodity up for sales as trippled in price and so much is now required to pay for the little things which does not even amount to anything, just like i was diacussing with my colleague, i said all of these burden will weigh down on us, the staffs, the ordinary people and the fact is very simple meanwhile the prices of things as trippled even more than that, our salary and wages remain fixed, so if you are paid your regular salary and you now have to use more money to buy the same things you usually buy at normal lesser price now means what is left with you won't be enough to carry on.

Its worst when some of the workforce are layed off, in this present economy how will they survive, if their only source of income is cut out how will they earn, its makes the heart sick and i feel like crying, even tho i might be affected in the lay off as well atleast i'm well prepared for it, i know it might be, apart from that i'm planning to resign this month end i still feel pity for most of us in there because if the situation continues like this and the economy keeps nose diving then its headed for a dead end.

Currently now there are no jobs and lossing a job now is very terrible, like i don't even know how the next move is going to be, well i'm more concern for others than myself, atleast i'm off the chart, i know i get affected in this too but atleast not in a severe situation, i have some motives down to help me navigate this system, hopefully i pray things get better and that people do not have to be stranded when lay off work, however we pray for the good of every situation.
