Háifoss, waterfall in Iceland!

Háifoss, waterfall in Iceland. The best place to visit during this season. It is situated near the volcano Hekla in southern Iceland. It's location as well as view is amazing and stunning. You will definitely fall in love with it. The rainbow and the waterfall both together are giving one of the best view ever to this world. To visit this waterfall, it was one of my goal for 2024 and I'm very happy as I succeeded in viewing it. The waterfall 'Háifoss' is 122 metres tall. It is fed by the river Fossá, which feeds into the longest river in Iceland, the Þjorsá .

Another waterfall which i viewed from a distance Rauðufossar means “red waterfall', Its too in iceland and it’s clear to see why this waterfall in Iceland coins this name with the colors it exudes. It is known to be extremely rich in geothermal minerals, textures, and colors. Well more to be know about such new places.

Hi @thatguyshall! This is @ninaeatshere. Wow these landscapes just look so magical, Iceland is a fairytale place for sure. The pictures take my breath away, so nice to read that you have achieved your goal of seeing this waterfall this year, may you continue to achieve such impressive goals!

By the way, if you ever get inspired to write about your travels, you are welcome to join the Worldmappin community, where we exchange experiences of our adventures all around the world, just *pin your post to our map.and you can have your own map with the places you visited.

Quick guide on how to do it.

1 - Go to https://worldmappin.com

2 - Find the location of your publication on the map, you can do this by scrolling on the map or using the search bar.

3 - Click on the GET CODE button and then click on the exact location of your publication: a code snippet will be generated.

4 - Copy the code and paste it into the draft of your Hive post. Then publish it :)

The code will be invisible in your post, but a few minutes after publishing you will receive a comment informing you that your post has been added to the map.

Or you can directly pin you post in the map via PeakD. After drafting your post, click the map icon at the bottom. It's beside "Short preview description" and above the "Advanced" icon.
