most of the fall colors are gone, but

most of the fall colors are gone, but

most of the fall colors are gone, but I still have plenty of shots from my walks catching the colors before all the leaves fell, which most of them have by now, I will share these ones now and save some for during winter when I do not get out so much for walks.
Speaking of getting out for walks, most that follow me know that most of my photo walks are early morning before and during sunrise, Fall9Autumn) and Winter and the two seasons when I get out for some day time walks,

Fall to catch the lovely colors which come and go so quickly.
And Winter honestly I do not get out for many walks, often its too cold around sunrise for me, and sometimes even day time temps are below freezing and I lack motivation to layer up and head out for walks.

These shots are in a spot called the Acushnet Sawmill

Here is a little bridge in the park

The Sawmill sits at the edge of New Bedford’s urban North End, it is a 19-acre former industrial lumber yard on the Acushnet River and a spot I have only visited during fall a couple of times this year, I used to go there often as it was close to the hair salon our Daughter in Law used to work at, and I would drop my wife off to get her hair done and often head and walk this park
as you can see the trails are pretty flat for a lor of the sawmill and and easy walk for most people

I am not sure what you will think of this next image, I liked the splash of colors of fall surrounded by the greens

The color came and went really fast for us here in Michigan. It was kind of disappointing compared to past years.

It was pretty quick here as well but I think for a few days it was more colorful than previous years here

It's a good thing we still have photos, because here too the trees are completely bare.
Enjoy your day

A beautiful place, colorful leaves combined with a blue sky with a few white clouds, really an amazing view.

Beautiful fall colors, they come and go so quickly. I love the up looking shot, living amongst skyscrapers I'm sure you got a lot of those. I never lived in NYC, I avoided it because it's just so crowded. Nearly took a job on Long Island once but never worked out. Great pictures, too bad the winter is ready to set in!

I am a country boy at heart and although I loved exploring the city before work, after work I couldnt wait to get out of it, so never lived in Manhattan, started in queens, Moved to Jersey city and then out to Ct an hour and a half or more by train to be in a quiet coastal city

Good to see some shots of the fall colors. Drab winter setting in here. I like the shot with a splash of color in the middle surrounded by green trees. Nice framing and the fence helps with that too.
