Two guns of the second world war [EN]-[IT]

On 09 August 2022 I was in Zevio, a town in the province of Verona (Italy). I went to visit the municipal park. The park is medium in size, with old trees shading a large area of ​​the park. In the center of the park there were two guns from 1940 which were used for the Second World War.
The two guns have been reassembled and renovated and were complete with identification plates of the time.
From my research, the official name of this type of cannon was Ordnance, QF 25 pdr Mk 2, and it was a cannon-howitzer. This cannon appears to have been the most used weapon in British artillery during the Second World War

Il 09 Agosto 2022 mi teovavo a Zevio (Italia), un comune in provincia di Verona. Sono andato a visitare il parco comunale. Il parco è di medie dimensioni, con alberi secolari che ombreggiavano una grande area del parco. Al centro del parco erano posizionati due cannoni del 1940 che furono usati per la seconda guerra mondiale.
Dalle mie ricerche il nome ufficiale di questa tipologia di cannone era Ordnance, QF 25 pdr Mk 2, ed era un obice-cannone. Questo cannone risulta essere stata l'arma più usata nell'artiglieria britannica proprio durante la seconda guerra mondiale
