Exploring Omarama Clay Cliffs | A Stunning Geological Wonder

This post is the beginning of my road trip with my friend towards Milford Sound. Our first activity towards Milford Sound was the Mt Cook hike, which we successfully completed.

After the three hours return hike at Mt Cook, we drove for 1hr: 20 minutes to Omarama Clay Cliffs. I had been to the Omarama Clay Cliffs around August last year, but my friend hasn't, so we put it on our to-do list for the road trip.

The Clay Cliffs are tall pinnacles separated by narrow ravines.

And as adventurous as I am, I went through one of the narrow ravines and really loved the view on the other side, but my friend had my phone to record a video of me 😃

It was quite fun, though, steep hiking there, and one have to watch their steps because of the uneven ground.

Lol yes, I was so longing to crawl to the other side the first time I was there alone. Glad I did it this time around.

Thank you Jackie, you too.
