Hidden in Plain Sight

Today the plan was to do some hiking/walking in the Kananaskis or Canmore, Alberta area. However, forecast was for heavy snowfall. Not what you wanna hear. We went anyway, hoping the forecast would be wrong, as it can be sometimes. Well we arrived and it was foggy, overcast and raining. Great. No blue skies, no mountains visible. Today I am leading with the black & whites because of that. The mountains are actually here, but Hidden in plain sight. So I am not able to show you them for now. We did make the most of it though, walked around the Bow river and surrounding trails for about two hours. It was still worth it. As we drove back, the rain did turn into snow. Let’s see what tomorrow looks like, hoping for the best!

That's a huge snowfall, I can see the layer on the road over there, the shots are still beautiful despite the weather 😊

Wow! Is that a snow covered Lake? It's like floating iceberg. Beautiful photos, I don't mind the fog.

They are beautiful sites of great snowfalls, in Venezuela they only occur in the Merida areas. You always have to be careful with snow showers because of the flu and colds. Have success in your publication. I am very grateful for your visits to my publications. Success @daveks
