Cobb Lake Reflections
Just a few kilometres away from Olive Lake (which I spotlighted over the last couple of posts) is Cobb Lake. There was an actual proper hike to the lake, unlike Olive, where you pretty much parked right at the lake. It took us approximately two hours to hike out here, the reflections were quite impressive here! It seemed like the theme of the day was all about “reflections”. It was generally a fun four hour excursion, weirdly, we were the only ones on the trail that afternoon, and also I forgot the bear spray too.. No other human sightings for four hours. In some ways, I was glad to finish this hike, or maybe relieved is a better word.

Water seems to be so pure, which makes the reflections of trees and skies so clear. So captivating.
You are right, could almost drink straight out of the lake. Thanks for stopping by.

Nice Shots!
Thanks.
Wow, beautiful reflection photos 📸
Thanks for looking.
Amazing photography skill...
Always keep the good work up 👍🏻
Appreciate that, thanks.
Thanks.
Lovely scenes.
Hey thanks.
With the first two black-and-white versions, the idea of the depth of the water being equal to that of the height of the sky is strong ... as if the sky is looking into a true mirror. The color ones are gorgeous as well, but there's just something about those black and white ones!
That black and white really shows off the amazing contrast!
The reflections are unreal and very beautiful indeed. Nice shot of the tree with the wild mushrooms.
Love these lakes, with them reflections. Thanks as always.
Beautiful, oh and no other humans in four hours, seems to be a peaceful journey. The second shot is my favorite, love it.
The clear waters of your lake is amazing.
Looks like some nice trails to hike on there, beautiful journey through the forest. You aren't kidding about those reflections, killer shots you got there. The water is just so calm, what a gorgeous place to hang out after the two hours arriving there. That middle shot could almost be mistaken as upside down the reflection is so clear. Very cool!
