Lanzarote - Ama, rie, vive

Ten years ago I went to Lanzarote, a wonderful and magic island of Canary archipelago.

Weather was not good. There was a flood, not so usual in those place.

I love Canary islands for the space, the wind, the wild...

We sometimes think about space as emptiness, but I feel space as the dimension that allows our soul to flourish. Space is the opposite of emptiness.

Patience means giving everyone the right time and a way to arrive.
Let's stop to plan our life, and let's start to wait the right things, if things are made for us, they naturally come, if our heart is open.

Ama, rie, vive!

In these place they also say: 'Si es díficil, sigues' (If it is difficult, follow it).

Houses in Lanzarote are white and only one floor is permitted, to maintain its architectural beauty.
This choice has made by the famous architect César Manrique, who built here some amazing works. One of them is a pool built inside a cave, called 'Jameos del Agua':

Not only a pool, but also some amazing installation inside the cave, with bright lights in the water:

And this surreal place:

At the corner of Lanzarote island, Mirador del Rio: a panoramic point of view, where you can feel the greatness of the ocean, in front of the small 'La Graciosa' island:

Pictures taken with Nikon D800.

This is a very beautiful island, the rainbow is very big and clear. The waves are huge which hit the shore very quickly. All the other beautiful natural scenes which captivate the mind. Amazing photography bro
