Les cuento que revisando mis materiales de manualidades referente a los de bisutería, me encontré con esta placa de metal que tiene dos orificio en cada punta. Llevaba ahí algún tiempo y me puse a recordar de donde la había sacado…bueno era de un pantalón y estaba cosida en una de sus bolsillos, creo que se enganchó con algo y se descosió de un lado, por lo que se la quite y la guarde entre mis materiales de trabajo.

Creo que me estoy poniendo como mi madre, que anda guardando por si lo necesita más adelante…pero de verdad que al ver que la placa tenia esos orificios en las puntas y tenia escrito la palabra “ exclusive” pensé que podía hacer una pulsera. Pero la guarde y ayer me la encontré, por lo que de una la tome junto al hilo.- y me dije, que hoy no pasaba sin hacer la pulsera.

Al principio pensé solo en colocarle los hilos a los extremos y tejerles nudos planos. Cosa que se realiza en muy poco tiempo…de hecho ya había tomado la foto de los materiales. Pero ahí esta lo bueno de hacer nuestros propios accesorios, que podemos cambiar de idea e ir cambiando el diseño del principio o ir agregándole piezas que hagan que se vea más bonita o personalizarla.

But there is the good thing about making our own accessories, that we can change our mind and change the design from the beginning or add pieces that make it look more beautiful or personalize it.

Antes solía desechar cosas, ahora las reviso y veo si se puede reciclar , repararla o sacar de ella partes que las puedo reutilizar en otro proyecto de manualidades.
Son maravillosos y de hecho he aprendido mucho en todos las publicaciones que hacen en las diferentes comunidades que nos brinda Hive..

Before I used to throw things away, now I check them and see if it can be recycled, repaired or removed from it so that I can reuse it in another craft project.

Bueno ahora les cuento como la hice y lo que utilice:

Well now I will tell you how I did it and what I used:

MATERIALES:

• Una placa de metal reciclada, hilo chino de color negro, mostacillas negras, tijera, yesquero.

MATERIALS:

PROCEDIMIENTO:

PROCEDURE:

• Del hilo tome para colocar en cada orificio que tiene la placa de metal en cada extremo y pasándolo las puntas, para luego sacarla por la otra parte del hilo y jalar ajustándolo a la placa. Ahí fueron 35 centímetros ( así quedaría doble el hilo) en cada uno de los extremos de la pulsera .
  Para realizar el tejido utilice 60 centímetros en cada lado.
  Quemando y afilando las puntas de los hilo con el yesquero para que pasaran las mostacillas.

• Como les dije antes que al principio pensé solo en tejer nudos planos a los lados…pero después decidí ponerle en cada uno de los hilos tejedores una mostacillas y hacer el nudo. Dándoles estas una textura y un poco de volumen al tejido.
  Y luego de colocar las mostacillas hacia dos puntos más antes de colocar las otras… repitiendo el mismo procedimiento hasta tener el largo deseado. Fueron en total 16 mostacillas de cada lado, finalizando con cuatro nudos ´planos.
  Para luego cortar y quemar los hilos sobrantes.

• As I told you before, at first I thought only of knitting flat knots on the sides... but then I decided to put a bead on each of the knitting threads and tie the knot. Giving these a texture and a little volume to the fabric.
  And after placing the beads towards two more points before placing the others... repeating the same procedure until you have the desired length. There were a total of 16 beads on each side, ending with four 'flat' knots.
  To then cut and burn the excess threads.

• Ahora repito el procedimiento en el otro extremo. Y dejando 6 centímetros, coloque un mostacillon negro en cada punta e hice un nudo simple. Para luego cortar y quemar los sobrantes.

• Now I repeat the procedure at the other end. And leaving 6 centimeters, I placed a black mostacillon at each end and made a simple knot. Then cut and burn the leftovers.

• Ya solo falta hacer el nudo corredizo, el cual lo hice tomando una hebra de unos 12 centímetros y tejer varios nudos planos.

• All that remains is to make the slip knot, which I did by taking a strand of about 12 centimeters and weaving several flat knots

Y de esta manera mis queridos amigos me hice esta linda pulsera reciclando un pequeña placa de metal...espero les haya sido de su agrado y yo feliz de compartir con todos ustedes.
