[ESP-ENG] Iniciativa: La conexión entre la creatividad, la literatura y la expansión de la conciencia 💭

Hola amigos de la comunidad de Humanitas, espero se encuentren bien el día de hoy. Me encuentro muy contenta de poder unirme a la iniciativa de La Creatividad, El Libro y La Conciencia, me parece muy interesante como estas tres se relacionan entre sí y es parte fundamental para el crecimiento del ser humano, todo lo que nos aporte algun aprendizaje ya sea mediante nuestro lado creativo: escribiendo, dibujando o diseñando, mediante la lectura: adentrandonos a mundos magicos y llenos de realidad que dejen un aprendizaje al terminarlos y tambien usando la conciencia para siempre dar lo mejor de nosotros y poder compartir nuestros pensamientos y experiencias que pueden ayudar a alguna persona, es algo que me parece muy valioso y que no debemos dejar de cultivar. Así que en este post responderé las preguntas sugeridas en la iniciativa ☺️

Hello friends of the Humanitas community, I hope you are well today. I am very happy to be able to join the [Creativity, The Book and Consciousness] initiative (https://peakd.com/hive-186119/@eudemo/initiative-la-creatividad-el-libro-y-la-conciencia), I find it very interesting how these three are related to each other and it is a fundamental part for the growth of the human being, everything that brings us some learning either through our creative side: writing, drawing or designing, through reading: Entering magical worlds full of reality that leave a learning experience when we finish them and also using our conscience to always give the best of us and to be able to share our thoughts and experiences that can help someone else, is something that I think is very valuable and that we should not stop cultivating. So in this post I will answer the questions suggested in the ☺️ initiative.

¿Qué es la creatividad para ti y como se manifiesta en tu vida?

La creatividad siempre ha estado en mi vida, comenzando por el hecho de que me gustaba mucho desde muy joven escribir sobre las situaciones que vivía y que me parecía una buena forma de expresar mis sentimientos, el hecho de poder tomar un lápiz y escribir en papel me genera una gran satisfacción y siendo una persona un poco introvertida esto me ayudó en momentos donde me sentia un poco sola. También recuerdo empezar en la adolescencia a hacer pequeños dibujos en momentos libres, no lo tome nunca muy en serio sino hasta tiempo después donde encontré en el dibujo una forma también de expresión y me di cuenta que mientras más estrés tenía lo hacia mejor ¿extraño, no? Pero dibujar siempre me ha parecido algo increíble de hecho mi hermana @gabsartbook tiene un talento increíble para el dibujo y el arte en general, ella fue muy perseverante y ha logrado conseguir hacer obras increíbles. Yo no fui tan perseverante pero tengo algunos dibujos que los veo y me sorprende que lo haya hecho yo. También el tener música ha sido muy importante para tener una sensación de estabilidad en mi vida, tengo que tener música para hacer cualquier cosa y es algo que disfruto mucho, en algunas ocasiones pienso que en otra vida tal vez estuve en el mundo del arte porque siempre me ha cautivado 💗.

What is creativity for you and how does it manifest itself in your life?

Creativity has always been in my life, starting with the fact that I liked very much since I was very young to write about the situations I lived and that seemed to me a good way to express my feelings, the fact of being able to take a pencil and write on paper gives me great satisfaction and being a little introverted person this helped me in moments where I felt a little lonely. I also remember starting in my adolescence to make small drawings in free moments, I never took it very seriously until some time later where I found in drawing a form of expression and I realized that the more stress I had the better I did it, strange, isn't it? But drawing has always seemed to me something incredible in fact my sister @gabsartbook has an incredible talent for drawing and art in general, she was very perseverant and has managed to make incredible works. I was not so perseverant but I have some drawings that I see them and I am surprised that I did it. Also having music has been very important to have a sense of stability in my life, I have to have music to do anything and it is something I enjoy very much, sometimes I think that in another life maybe I was in the art world because it has always captivated me 💗

¿Te gustan lo libros? ¿Cuál ha sido tu libro favorito y por qué?

De adolescente leía muchísimo sobre todo me gustaba leer géneros como el de romance y el psicológico con misterio. Cómo siempre tuve el interés por el comportamiento humano casi siempre los libros que he leído tienen fuertes referencias hacia los problemas que pueden pasar los seres humanos. Uno de mis autores favoritos es John Green quién conocerán tal vez por uno de sus libros más famosos llamado Bajo La Misma Estrella, pero más allá de ese libro el tiene mucho talento y tiene otras historias que valen la pena leer como por ejemplo Mil Veces Hasta Siempre dónde podemos ver una historia de misterio con psicología que te atrapa y es muy ligero de leer, sin duda de este escritor es uno de mis libros favoritos y que podría leer mil veces y estoy muy emocionada porque en mayo va a salir la adaptación a película de este libro y espero que sea tan buena como la historia del libro. También me gusta leer libros de crecimiento personal, soy una persona que por desgracia se hace muchas preguntas existenciales y en mi búsqueda por tener un balance en mi vida he leído libros de este tipo que me han ayudado en entender un poco el por qué de como desde antes de nacer y de nuestro desarrollo en la niñez hasta la adultez pueden las experiencias que vivamos hacernos ser la persona que somos hoy en día. Es muy gratificante el poder entender muchas cosas que a veces son difíciles de procesar, pero leer me ha hecho ser más empática y me ha enseñado que hay muchas cosas por aprender.

Do you like books? What has been your favorite book and why?

When I was a teenager I used to read a lot of books, especially romance and psychological mystery books. Since I have always been interested in human behavior, most of the books I have read have strong references to the problems that human beings can go through. One of my favorite authors is John Green who you may know for one of his most famous books called Under the Same Star, but beyond that book he is very talented and has other stories that are worth reading such as A Thousand Times Until Forever where we can see a mystery story with psychology that catches you and is very light to read, without a doubt this writer is one of my favorite books that I could read a thousand times and I am very excited because in May the movie adaptation of this book will be released and I hope it will be as good as the story of the book. I also like to read books on personal growth, I am a person who unfortunately asks myself many existential questions and in my quest to have a balance in my life I have read books of this type that have helped me understand a little of why from before birth and our development in childhood to adulthood the experiences we live can make us the person we are today. It is very rewarding to be able to understand many things that are sometimes difficult to process, but reading has made me more empathetic and has taught me that there are many things to learn.

¿Qué tan importante es la conciencia para ti? ¿De donde surge?

La conciencia para mí es tan importante porque de ahí viene la forma en la que respondemos ante ciertas situaciones, algunas veces he pensado que hay ciertas personas que no cuentan con una conciencia "real"; me refiero a que no sienten ningún tipo de temor o emoción a su forma de accionar. Para mí siempre ha sido importante tener la conciencia de saber que soy la persona que quiero ser a pesar de que tal vez no sea del agrado de muchas personas, pero que al final del día pueda decir que las decisiones que tome fueron las acertadas y que además pueda estar tranquila con mi vida y mis decisiones. La conciencia puede surgir según la psicología de la actividad cerebral y del sistema nervioso central, particularmente de la corteza cerebral, donde se procesan y se integran diversas funciones cognitivas, emocionales y perceptuales. Además, la conciencia también está influenciada por factores genéticos, ambientales y sociales que contribuyen a la formación de nuestra identidad y de nuestra percepción del mundo.

How important is conscience for you? Where does it come from?

Consciousness for me is so important because that is where the way we respond to certain situations comes from. Sometimes I have thought that there are certain people who do not have a "real" conscience; I mean that they do not feel any kind of fear or emotion in the way they act. For me it has always been important to have the conscience to know that I am the person I want to be, even though I may not be liked by many people, but at the end of the day I can say that the decisions I made were the right ones and that I can be at peace with my life and my decisions. According to psychology, conscience can arise from brain activity and the central nervous system, particularly from the cerebral cortex, where diverse cognitive, emotional and perceptual functions are processed and integrated. In addition, consciousness is also influenced by genetic, environmental and social factors that contribute to the formation of our identity and our perception of the world.

¿Existe una relación entre la creatividad, la conciencia y el libro?

Si, la relación entre la creatividad, la conciencia y el libro vienen desde el desarrollo del ser humano y sus comienzos a temprana edad por tener información, analizarla y a la vez usarla para poder crecer y ser una persona que tiene una conciencia y que además usa la creatividad como medio de aprendizaje para estimular esa parte del cerebro que nos motiva a crear ideas y de allí hacer proyectos, también el libro va muy arraigado al tema del desarrollo humano y el aprendizaje ya que desde que aprendemos a leer podemos ir descubriendo todo lo que la lectura nos puede ofrecer estimulando nuestra conciencia y a la vez nuestra creatividad.

Yes, the relationship between creativity, consciousness and the book comes from the development of the human being and its beginnings at an early age to have information, analyze it and at the same time use it to grow and be a person who has a conscience and also uses creativity as a means of learning to stimulate that part of the brain that motivates us to create ideas and from there to make projects, also the book is very rooted in the theme of human development and learning because since we learn to read we can go discovering everything that reading can offer us stimulating our conscience and at the same time our creativity.
