For the CCC's Street Art Contest #211 organized by @digi-me, I propose another mural done during the Mural Festival in 2024 in Montreal by ARYZ. The work is truly immense on this 8-storey building, too bad a tagger has already left his mark.

Pour le CCC's Street Art Contest #211 organisé par @digi-me, je vous propose une autre murale faite durant le Mural Festival en 2024 à Montréal par l'artiste américain ARYZ. L'œuvre est vraiment immense sur cet immeuble de 8 étages, dommage qu'un taggeur y a déjà laissé sa marque.

Octavi Arrizabalagaaka ARYZ is an American artist born in California in 1988. He began StreetArt in the 2000s in Barcelona, where he studied Fine Arts at university. Since then, he has painted walls all over the world, including Morocco, Japan, France, China, Ukraine, the US and now Canada. He's concentrating more and more on painting, and less and less on murals. We are truly fortunate to now have one of his murals in Montreal.

Octavi Arrizabalagaaka ARYZ est un artiste américain né en Californie en 1988. Il a commencé le StreetArt dans les années 2000 à Barcelone ou il a étudié en Beaux-Arts à l'Université. Il a depuis réalisé de nombreux murs un peu partout dans le monde comme au Maroc, Japon, France, Chine, Ukraine, US et maintenant Canada. Il se concentre de plus en plus sur la peinture et réalise de moins en moins de murales. Nous sommes vraiment chanceux d'avoir maintenant une de ses murales à Montréal.

This mural, entitled Let’s pretend nothing is happening, is difficult to photograph because it is located high up on the corner of rue Saint Urbain and avenue des Pins in Montreal. You'd need a drone to capture the entire mural. But since it's been tagged at the bottom with three huge 6s, I don't need to invest* 😀

Difficile de prendre en photo cette murale, intitulée Faisons comme si de rien n'était car elle est située en hauteur au coin de la rue Saint Urbain et de l'avenue des Pins à Montréal. Il faudrait un drone pour prendre la murale en entier. Mais comme elle a été tagguée dans le bas avec trois énormes 6, je n'ai pas besoin d'investir 😀
