Garnished Aloo and Pointed Gourd Recipe.

Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you all are well and enjoying the weekend. I am also good. Once again, I am here with an easy recipe that is both simple to make and delicious to eat. Aloo and pointed gourd recipe. This dish is very tasty. So, let's get started.

To make this, you will need the following ingredients.

  1. Potatoes - 2
  2. Parwal (pointed gourd) - 6-7
  3. Fenugreek seeds for tempering
  4. Oil
  5. Green chilies - 5-6
  6. Garlic - 5-6 cloves
  7. Black pepper 1/2 spoon

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and parwal, and cut them into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic and green chilies.

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.

  1. Add fenugreek seeds, chopped garlic, and green chilies to the hot oil and sauté them.

  1. Add the potato and Pointed gourd pieces to the pan and mix well. Add salt to taste and black pepper cover, and let it cook.

  1. Stir the sabzi occasionally until the potatoes and parwal are tender and the dish is dry.

  1. Serve the hot aloo parwal ki sabzi with roti, paratha, or dal chawal. It’s a popular dish in my house and is often made. You can also pack it in a child's lunch box since it is a dry dish.

I hope you will like this recipe. Please make it and let me know how it turned out.
