Oh yes, all friends, on this very happy occasion, I would like to share a little with all my friends, namely several simple food making techniques. This food is a traditional food, this food is sweet and sour rujak, a combination of lime and sapodilla fruit. Okay, all my friends, this rujak is a simple food that is very delicious to eat during the day to accompany the day with friends. This food is often made by my mother. We often eat this food together to accompany our very happy days.
Okay friends, all of these foods in my village are called /Lincah boh saoh/ friends, maybe one of you has eaten rujak buah sao or in my village it is called /Lincah boh saoh/ okay friends, maybe some of you are curious about the taste of this rujak, you can follow the procedure for making this rujak, the recipe is very simple, friends, okay friends, the taste of this rujak has a bitter and sour taste, friends, why is that because this rujak uses unripe sapodilla fruit and also the sour taste caused by lime, friends
Okay, friends, below I have prepared several basic ingredients that we must prepare to make sweet and sour sawo rujak or the most synonymous name in my place is // Lincah boh saoh // I hope that with this post, my friends can make it at home.
1..Okay, for the first main ingredient, friends, prepare half-ripe sapodilla. After that, friends, don't forget to peel it first and slice the sapodilla into small pieces. Don't forget, friends, wash and squeeze the sapodilla slices first so that the sap is completely removed from the sapodilla pulp.
2..Okay, for the second step, friends, just provide 3 limes and don't forget to peel the limes first, then slice them first and wash them with clean water and add tamarind.
3.. For step 3, friends, prepare 1 spoon of table salt and 1 spoon of granulated sugar and several small cayenne peppers. Okay friends, for the small cayenne peppers, it depends on your taste because different people have different tastes in spiciness. If you want it spicier, friends, just increase the number of chilies. If you can't stand spicy food, just use 2 or 3 of those chilies.
Okay for the next step, friends, mix the lime and granulated sugar with salt and small cayenne pepper and tamarind together in a place, then grind it first so that it is even and the salt and sugar are completely dissolved and release the sauce from the lime slices that you mixed into it earlier. If everything is even and dissolved, grind it all, then you mix in the sapodilla slices and don't forget to stir it a little, press it so that the sauce is absorbed into the sapodilla slices. Okay friends, why do you have to grind it a little so that the sauce is absorbed so that the taste of the sapodilla fruit is gone and there is a sweet and sour taste.
