I CAN NOT FIND THIS BOOK ANYWHERE. HELP!
There is this particular book that I have been searching for, and that has been going on for a while now. The title is 'THE LAST LINE' and the author is 'AZZURRA BERTONCINI'. I read the book for the first time when I was still in high school, and I fell so in love with it. I was later gifted the same book by my junior, and I was so excited to have one of my favorite books in my possession. Then, I made a grave mistake🥺 I lent someone and the person never returned it. The worst part is that I cannot even remember the person I borrowed the book.

I guess I will always regret giving this book out. I never knew I wouldn't get it back or that I would find it very hard to get this book anywhere else. I have searched online countless times, but I always get unsatisfactory results. I tried contacting a couple of bookstores to ask for this book, but it always turned out to be dead ends. There was this time I saw the book on Amazon, but I couldn't afford the price that was attached to it at the time, not to mention the delivery cost.

To be honest, I wouldn't have minded paying any amount for the book, but I couldn't afford the cost at that particular time. I checked back on Amazon and saw that it was out of stock. I wanted to cry!🥺 You see that option of finding the book on AbeBooks? I went through that route and dropped all the necessary details, but they haven't gotten back to me. I have searched and searched, but all to no avail. To explain the extent of my desperation, I connected with the author via Linked-in and sent her a text concerning my predicament. You guessed right, she hasn't replied😭
I don't know where I can find the book, and I don't understand why it is so scarce. In case you are curious about the content of the book, let me tell you about it briefly:
It's about the story of a young girl, Yasmin, who is overweight and has this super sexy and slim friend. She was always bodyshamed and compared, and this always got to her so much. She embarked on a never-ending diet journey that eventually killed her. Even at the points where she had gotten really slim, she still always felt fat. The book made me cry at some points because it got really emotional. Somehow, this book became one of my favorite books, and I will be the happiest person on earth if I can find it again.

At the start of reading this, I wondered, what's so fascinating about this book that you had to contact the author." Getting to the plot, I understood why. And I don't like how I feel about wanting to get my hands on the book already.

I've also been in a case where I looked for a book I enjoyed reading so much. Someone took it from me and never returned it and each time I remember, I wish I can lay my hands on it again. I haven't really found time to search for it again, though.

When I searched in the US on Amazon, I found that you can purchase a "Used" copy for $19.98, so I imagine you could use something like "flymymall.com" to handle the logistics.
