The Cabinet of Culture, belongs to the art network of the country and aims to promote the different creations of artists; painting, sculpture, dolls, among others, throughout the year there are exhibitions with various themes, on the side wall is a colorful mural that mixes the seascape, urban and technological revolution widely used by the population, especially youth.

The house has different spaces and rooms for exhibitions, some of them are in maintenance and you can see the ceiling of cane and wooden beams, the door is made of wood and double sheet, the concrete floor, the entrance door to the room is shaped like a semi-arch, in front of this is located the Julio Urbaneja gallery, which remains operational performing different exhibitions; On this occasion one of the young emerging artists presented several paintings framed in surrealism, highlighting in her works the colors of the Venezuelan flag and landscapes of the region with the sea in the background; in one of the paintings you can see a woman breastfeeding and her dress has the flag of the country, this represents the new generation of artists who are being born throughout the territory and will take the name of the country high with their talent.

Next to the exhibition hall, there is the administrative office and on the other side a wide corridor with black bars and wooden doors, the main door has at the top a beautiful wooden arch with beautiful handmade heart-shaped decorations located in a kind of fan, the exhibition hall has large lamps that allow a wide view of the different works exhibited there.

The stairs are made of concrete and are decorated with brick-colored fretwork and frost, in them you can see some paintings, at the top of the wall next to the staircase are several shelves displaying artwork made with branches and fabric, also small dolls with colorful dresses.

The exhibition had beautiful paintings of outstanding artists, my favorites were the facade of the house, where you can see a brown door with its respective padlock and chain to protect the house, these elements were widely used in earlier times as security or lock for the houses, there are still people who use it today, the window is also brown with cylindrical bars, cornice at the base and green glass covering part of the window; the next painting shows a fishing net entangled in a branch, you can also see the waves of the sea and the sunset, this painting is really beautiful.

Among the works of art was a small wooden boat, due to the number of people in the room I could not take the picture from a good angle, but the image shows the good finish of the work and the nice combination of colors, these boats are used in fishing, its design corresponds to the needs and requirements of fishermen during the journey and crossing at sea; in the lower part the fish is stored, the horizontal boards serve as a bench for fishermen, they are strategically placed to balance the weight. Attending this exhibition was a nice and pleasant experience where I was able to see the works of several artists and see the design of the gallery, which has beautiful decorative elements of the colonial model mixed with the contemporary, so much for my visit to this charming place that houses great creations of several artists from the region and the national territory.

What I like most about the gallery is the woodwork on the ceiling and the upper part of the window, I never tire of admiring the wonder that can be created with this type of material
