Something In me.
The moment you decide on how to go about something even you know that there is a limited or even zero resources to do it, at that point what you just got yourself is a gift that no one can give to you and that gift is called confidence
Most times we fail to achieve simply because we doubt our ability and see the inferiority in us.
One thing you must observe is that those who did it never had two heads nor did they have four hands and four legs but they also possessed the same features just like every human.
The only difference is the level of confidence exhibited by every individual, that's the ground on which everyone stands out without having a match.
I discovered that the level of confidence exhibited by every individual can never be the same as every individual has their limit to which their confidence can drive and so one limit might be another's starting point.
What does it even mean to have confidence?
From my mini English dictionary the following gave me a clear view of what being confident is;
Passive self-assurance.
Expression or feeling of certainty.
The quality of trusting.
Information held in secret.
All these stated above tells that inbuilt the ability not to look at anyone, the ground on which you become solemnly independent confidence brings you to a world where you see yourself as the only one who can do it regardless of other competitors who are already and probably even older in the field.
Going for a job interview that requires a 3 years of experience even when you don't have one is one confidence that can only resides in you another might not have such confidence this is a place where you probably will meet people who will come for same job interview and probably have 5 years of experience but something in you tells you that you will even do it better than them.
How do you even compare the level of confidence of someone who doesn't have an experience for work that demands 3 years experience with someone who probably has 5 years of experience.
Of course the person with 5 years experience will have more confidence to present his documents which will state the fact that he is actually qualified for the job but that with Zero experience will also submit his documents hoping that he will also get the job regardless of level of experience trusting to do the work better than the other person. He never saw the lapses of not having experience all he sees is the assurance of delivering his best.
As an employer who will you rather go for?
Even though one is disqualified already but his level of confidence still prompted him to do it, that tells that he is a risk taker and to that fact I suggest the person with more confidence should be considered.
Because something in him tells him that he will do even better than anyone will do.
That's what we call self assurance.
Wow
This is amazing
