Daily Blog/ Food day for my family

Today is an early start despite the fact that I usually get up early on Sundays. The thing is that one of the refrigerators I have was damaged, and now I can not buy for a whole week; so I have to buy daily and I had to go out early to buy.

Hoy comienza un día bien temprano a pesar de que los domingos acostumbro a levantarme temprano. La cuestión es que se me presento que se dañó una de las neveras que tengo, y ahora no puedo comprar para toda una semana; así que me toca comprar a diario y tenía que salir temprano a comprar.

Today I wanted to eat something pretty light, I really wanted to make a nice chicken salad, but when I told my family, they didn't really like the idea. Since when my husband takes long walks, they like to eat full meals. I nodded to them that I wanted chops.

Hoy quería comer algo bastante ligero, realmente quería realizar una rica ensalada de pollo, pero cuando le dije a mi familia, como que no les gustó mucho la idea. Ya que cuando mi esposo realizada caminatas largas , les gusta comer comidas completas. Me asomo que quería chuletas.

I went shopping with my son and decided to spoil my husband and buy him the smoked chops. I ordered four and it seemed like a good price; right then and there my son told me, I don't eat chops. At that moment I thought my god I have to have a restaurant 😃. Well, I also spoiled my son and bought him his chicken milanesa.

Me fui con mi hijo a mis compras y decidí consentir a mi esposo y comprarle las chuletas ahumadas. Pedí cuatro y me pareció buen precio; ahí mismo me dijo mi hijo,yo no como chuleta. En ese momento pensé dios mío tengo que tener un restaurant 😃. Bueno también consenti a mi hijo y le compré su milanesa de pollo.

Here began my preparation of this delicious meal for my family. I started with one of the contours which was the rice, which I wanted to be yellow. I painted it with a powder called Carmencita. It was loose and soft as I like it.

Aquí comenzó mi preparación de esta rica comida para mi familia. Empecé por uno de los contornos que era el arroz, el cual quise que fuese amarillo. Este lo pinte con un polvo llamado Carmencita. Quedó suelto y suave como me gusta.

Then I prepared the breast for my son and my little nephew who arrived later. Here is a very healthy preparation, I only added grated onion and salt for seasoning.

Luego prepare la pechuga para mi hijo y mi sobrino pequeño que llegó después. Aquí una preparación bastante saludable, solo agregué para sazonar cebolla rallada y sal.

The smoked chops already come with their salt incorporated. But I wanted something sweet so I added a little sugar and fried them in a little oil.

Las chuletas ahumadas, ya de por sí vienen con su sal incorporada. Pero quería algo dulce y agregué un poco de azúcar gusto y lleve a freír en poco aceite.

Here is the final plating of this delicious recipe that I accompanied with a delicious Russian salad, yellow rice, french fries and the sweet cutlet.

Aquí ya el emplatado final de esta rica receta que acompañe con una deliciosa ensalada rusa, arroz amarillo, papas fritas y la chuleta dulce.

Tomorrow will be another day, which is my turn to go back to work and I really want more vacation. 😃

Mañana será otro día, el cual ya me toca incorporarme a trabajar y la verdad quiero mas vacaciones. 😃
