IF WISHES WERE HORSES
In the valley of struggle, where hope may wane, lay the remains of the Hustler, who struggles to attain the peak, but despite his hiking efforts, he can't touch the sky. He stumbles and falls, unable to actualize his dreams. The downward he goes, the farther he's from his aspirations. The journey of life is like that of climbers; each step takes you close to the summit, but it's also a slippery path that must be navigated with care, or else you fall like you've never been to the top.

Our world today is full of ups and downs, dreams, aspirations, desires, goals, wants, and much more, to mention but a few. But if you look into most of the lives of people, you'll see most of those desires, dreams, and co. are dead; they've been cut short due to the wave of life, and when you deal with the wave of life, you would need to do the extraordinary to attain the impossible. Well, those are mostly quiet. Aside from your efforts, you need someone to aid you one way or another to attain some things; otherwise, your dream might just remain a dream forever, so to actualize your dream, you need to wake up and interact with reality.
Just like everyone, I've got loads of things I want to do, but it's always like time is against me, probably because the time just seems not to be enough. Another stronghold standing against what I want to do is fear—fear of what people will say, fear of how they'll react to my actions. And lastly, before I dive into what I would do, the last force standing against me and doing this is lack of funds, or should I say my financial status? Just like me, we've all got those things that stand as barriers between us and things we'll love to do.
Well, enough talk about life and barriers between me and the things I want to do, so without further ado, let's dive into the things I'll do if I were to have the ability to do everything I always wanted to do within a day.
Governance is one aspect I'm always worried about in my beloved country. As much as I love the nation, we've been ruled by corrupt leaders, and of course I know there's little I can do within a day to change the situation of the country and impact lives positively, but the few significant things I'll do in the governance of my country within that day are as listed below.
Sign into law the fact that presidents and other ruling individuals in the country would be paid the same amount as the country's minimum wage and that such shouldn't be reviewed under any condition. Most of these individuals want to rule because of the huge amount they loot and not because of their love for the country, so when they realize what they're paid is small, they'll either work on increasing the minimum wage in the country to something significant or just avoid fighting for power, and that will give room for those who really care about the country.
- I have always dreamed of being a whale on the hive blockchain, of course, because I know it doesn't come from mere dreaming but from Yeats of hard work. But in light of the context of this prompt, I'm imagining myself as a whale, and one thing I'll do on that single day is to roam around the street of the hive blockchain, curating every struggling author who's doing the right thing but isn't getting as much support as others. I just want to put a smile on people's faces as much as I can. I know their struggles and fights, so having the capacity to do all I want within a day will open me to the possibility of doing just that.
- Now this one might probably be funny, but then, I guess after my last experience, I've got a love phobia, a condition that makes me run away or create a distance between me and anyone I notice I'm falling in love with, so if I can do all I want in just one day, I guess I'll just hope to go after one of those I've fallen for in the past few years, take her home to family, and hopefully just tie the knot with them that same day. I know my problem is fear, and doing this seems like the perfect way to get over this phobia once and for all; otherwise, it might linger for years.
My stomach is still pregnant with many things I would have done within a day if I could do all I wanted, but I'll be bringing this to an end for now. Thanks so much for your time. Stay blessed.

But come to think of it, if these people are paid as everyone is earning, mehn, hardship will read with 70%. The money these people are earning per month is large enough to feed everyone in the country

Signing into law a bill to put the politicians where they belong sounds like a noble cause to me. I hope that someday someone with this kind of mindset and political willpower will find their way into that seat of power so they can give the the people the kind of law that will benefit the masses.

It'll be nice to see you actualize your dream of being a whale. A lot of people will benefit from this, which is very great as I have come across good numbers of writers with low curation. It is truly sad, though I help with ecency points, but not all get boosted.
About the monetary aspect, I will be wrong to not say a thing about it. Money is one thing that keeps many from actualizing their dreams until it becomes just a dream.

Well, you have nice thoughts but believe me there is no way to make a country corruption free within just a single day. But believe me it's nice thinking.
Moreover on hive Blockchain becoming a whale in a day that's also seemingly an impossible task na?
It might not , but it'll have a huge impact still if followed to the later.
