Most of the time I told you with proud that I am #neoxian citizen. Yes I AM, and I am also a GifMan of the city. Its like a place where I spent my days/nights with other citizens/friends.

This is the community for my virtual city and Tribe of Neoxian.
We are a general purpose community and tribe and hope to be a forum for fine quality posts.

No spam, plagiarism or scams. Not safe for work posts must be tagged correctly

Above lines are from Nexoain City Hive Community page. Yes, it is general tribe and everyone are welcome to share/post anything whether its Art blog or cooking, its about your recent trip or about your passion of Photography... You are welcome to publish your blog from our Neoxian city tribe.

We citizens were chit/chat have fun and enjoyment, learn new things, winning giveaways etc. at Neoxian City Discord.

Everyone (Non-Steem) are welcome to join us there.

Owner (Main Person) of the City :

Mr. @Neoxian(Mr. Dragon) is the owner/creator of this lovely city. He loves Hive and his city, and so think/act for the betterment of it.
He is also under Top 50 Hive Witnesses. You can Vote for him anytime.

Mr. Dragon made rules for his city and we all citizens have to follow those rules.
One of the most important rule about giveaways (as there are about 3 giveaways, everyday) is to read the Giveaway Text carefully and participate if you are eligible for it.

And ofcourse there will be little/big punishment as well, when we break the rule or act nonsense after that.
These punishments are also for the betterment of the City and for the citizen.

GiveAways :

We all citizens gather at City General Chat and participate in giveaways but our main goal is to Win Mr. Dragon's giveaway, because it is not the ordinary one, the Winner will get his 80-100% vote 😍😍 (Post Quality and other rules always applied...)

Some of Mr. Dragon's GiveAway formats :

If we are eligible for any giveaway, we have to react on it and have to do the task, if there is some task to do (like burning token etc.)

There is also 1 Win limit for the day. So you don't have to react on Mr. Dragon's giveaway if you win 1 already.

1. Mee6 Chat Level :
   Bot picks 2 persons and the one with highest Mee6 chat level, will win it.

2. Burning Giveaway :
   We have to burn some Neoxag token and react on a giveaway, bot will pick 2 persons and one with the highest burn will win it.
   (Note : Person who burn first, counts as double. Means if you Burn 1K and your are the first then it will count as 2k😍. So be the first to Burn and pray for that bot 🤖)

3. Giveaway for Giveawayers :
   It this format, only those who initiate giveaways in last 5-7 days (stated on giveaway text) are eligible for it.

4. Mintesters Giveaway :
   It is for mintesters. Sometimes they have to search a book,
   Sometimes just login required,
   sometimes we have to stand in front of Mr. Dragon,
   sometimes we have to bring some objects etc.
   but its all for Minetesters.

5. Secret Word Giveaway :
   In this format, we have to search the secret word
   It could be on Splinterlands Guild talk,
   or in some hidden/unused rooms
   or minetest server
   Hehe it could be anywhere related to Neoxian City.

6. consensus Giveaway :
   This one is the newest format, and in this format the bot picks 2 persons. They have to decide that who will get Mr. Dragon's 100% vote 😍 in 5 minutes. If they can't on same desk, they both will lose it.

NOTE : I shared couple of Giveaways formats (not all...) and we always have to read the giveaway text, because sometimes we have to put a given word as Memo while burning Neoxag. So always READ the Giveaway Text.
