Inktober 2024: Day 6 - Trek
Hi all, greetings!
Here is my entry for intober drawing challenge for day 6. The theme is Trek.
Here, I drew a boy with a kettle trekking a long distance to fetch water. It seems the stream is far from home so he needed to walk this far in order to get the water.
With no atom of fear in him, he picked up a kettle, with its cover on the other hand and started the journey. This might not be his first time!
The sketch was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen.

The drawing reminds me of when I was about six and I would follow my siblings to go fetch water from a borehole not too far away. I was a little girl and would always be behind, walking slowly, and by the time I got home, there wouldn't be any water left in my bucket 😁
