Hola. Soy Alejandra. Vivo en un hermoso y lindo paraíso, llamado Venezuela. Aunque no lo crean, nací en la misma casa donde viví por 26 años. Soy una persona sencilla, reservada, inteligente, feliz, de gustos limitados hacia la monotonía. Creo firmemente en Dios Jehová, que me fortalece con cada una de las cosas que me hace vivir. Pienso que cada quien tiene lo que quiere (no lo que se merece), porque trabaja con todas sus fuerzas para obtenerlo (pensamientos, ideas, actividades), saliéndose incluso de su zona de confort para lograrlo.

Hi, I'm Alejandra. I live in a beautiful and nice paradise, called Venezuela. I was born in the same house where I lived for 26 years. I am a simple person, reserved, intelligent, happy, with limited tastes towards monotony. I firmly believe in God Jehovah, who strengthens me with each of the things he makes me live. I think that everyone has what they want (not what they deserve), because they work with all their strength to obtain it (thoughts, ideas, activities), even going out of their comfort zone to achieve it.

DE MI INFANCIA A MI ADOLESCENCIA

Con pensamientos de superación sembrados principalmente por dos hermanas, me centré en estudiar y progresar, sin malas costumbres y con firmes principios éticos y morales. Tuve una infancia feliz y tranquila, aunque sobreprotegida, lo cual me llevó a ser tímida e introvertida.

FROM MY CHILDHOOD TO MY ADOLESCENCE

With thoughts of self-improvement sown mainly by two sisters, I focused on studying and progressing, without bad habits and with firm ethical and moral principles. I had a happy and peaceful childhood, although overprotected, which led me to be shy and introverted.

Siendo sobreprotegida especialmente por mi madre, no sabía como responder en ciertas situaciones propias de niños y jóvenes, respectivamente, sufriendo bullying cada vez que se los permitía. Sin embargo, a fuerza de malos ratos, fui aprendiendo a defenderme sabiamente, con la ayuda de Dios, aunque seguía siendo muy "pendeja" como decimos aquí.

Being overprotected, especially by my mother, I did not know how to respond in certain situations typical of children and young people, respectively, suffering bulling every time I let them. However, by dint of bad times, I learned to defend myself wisely, with God's help, although I was still very "pendeja" as we say here.

EN LA ACADEMIA

Me gradué con buenas notas en el bachillerato, y luego recibí mi título universitario como Bioanalista, pero antes tuve la gracia de ser madre de un hijo varón, de quien les hablé en mi post anterior. Una experiencia laboriosa, pero si te centras en llevarlas a cabo en simultáneo, todo sale bien.

AT THE ACADEMY

I graduated with good grades in high school, and then I received my university degree as a Bioanalyst, but before that I had the grace of being the mother of a son, who I told you about in my previous post. A laborious experience, but if you focus on carrying them out simultaneously, everything works out well.

NIVEL PROFESIONAL

Actualmente, trabajo en un laboratorio clínico público, con un grupo espectacular, armonioso, con mística de trabajo, empatía y sentido de pertenencia, además de un gran corazón. Mi profesión es bellísima; me encanta ese mundo microscópico, al que no muchos tienen acceso, y del cual depende nuestro cuerpo. Me maravillo al ver los parásitos en movimiento, las bacterias en cultivo, los cambios en los reactivos por la presencia de estos gérmenes y otras sustancias, así como la relación de un sistema con otro.

PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

Currently, I work in a public clinical laboratory, with a spectacular, harmonious group, with work mystique, empathy and sense of belonging, as well as a great heart. My profession is very beautiful; I love this microscopic world, to which not many have access, and on which our body depends. I marvel at seeing the parasites in motion, the bacteria in culture, the changes in the reagents due to the presence of these germs and other substances, as well as the relationship of one system with another.

Esta carrera es mano derecha de la medicina, sin ella el médico trabaja a ciegas. Me fascina mi profesión, la cual he desarrollado en muchos sitios, incluyendo zonas rurales de difícil acceso, tales como la población de Chacopata, Araya y Santa Fe, todas con acceso a bellos paisajes hechos con playas y ríos, lugares en los que disfruté cada estadía, participando incluso de las labores de pesca de la zona.

This career is the right hand of medicine, without it the doctor works blindly. I am fascinated by my profession, which I have developed in many places, including rural areas of difficult access, such as the population of Chacopata, Araya and Santa Fe, all with access to beautiful landscapes made with beaches and rivers, places where I enjoyed every stay, even participating in the work of fishing in the area.

¿QUÉ ME MOTIVA A ESCRIBIR EN HIVE?

Realmente, las redes sociales no son mi fuerte, sin embargo me gusta experimentar, y esta es una de esas oportunidades. Por este medio, aspiro conocer nuevas personas de mi país y otros países, nuevas culturas, consejos de crecimiento personal y ayudar a otros a través de mis experiencias. Quiero conectarme directamente con personas del resto del mundo con iguales o distintas inquietudes a las mías. Además me ayudará a tener vivos mis conocimientos respecto a mi profesión, ya que pienso publicar también acerca de estos temas. Obviamente, el factor económico también es uno de los motores que me empuja a la acción.

WHAT MOTIVATES ME TO WRITE IN HIVE?

Actually, social networks are not my forte, however I like to experiment, and this is one of those opportunities. Through this medium, I aspire to meet new people from my country and other countries, new cultures, personal growth tips and help others through my experiences. I want to connect directly with people from the rest of the world with the same or different concerns as mine. It will also help me to keep my knowledge of my profession alive, as I plan to publish on these topics as well. Obviously, the economic factor is also one of the driving forces that pushes me to action.

UN EXTRA

Mi país Venezuela es hermoso, un paraíso, con unos paisajes dignos de póster. Tiene la caída de agua más alta del mundo, el Salto Ángel. los Tepuyes que son del Macizo Guayanés. Tiene desiertos, selvas, zonas con Nieve, y la zona costera. Oro, petróleo, bauxita, gas natural, diamantes, coltan, entre otros. Pero lo más grandioso es su gente: de calidad humana, cálida, jocosa, feliz hasta en los malos tiempos, colaboradora. Tanto así que una vez salí al exterior, y realmente extrañaba mi gente. Los invito a visitar a mi Venezuela!!.
