It took me an embarrassingly long time to register that it's a banana ^_^;

I've had kue kodok (not sure of the spelling) and goreng pisang (fried banana, both made by mashing bananas and coating them in some specific floury looking mix and then deep frying as far as I can tell, I really should figure out how to make it as it's not that hard but I'm lazy and can probably spontaneously combust oil). So I'm just going to assume plantain chips are equally good XD

😅😅😅 plantain are the big brothers of bananas, they are usually larger with a thicker peel and the inside has darker orangy yellow shade...

Hmmm interesting recipe, would the Air Fryer work with this? 🤔

I just realised I brain farted that time, goreng pisang I'm pretty sure is just slicing, coating and frying the banana. No idea if it would work in an air fryer, never seen it done. I'm sure someone out there somewhere has tried surely xD
