Digital Art - Intense Honey Eye Shimmer.

As you are my people, happy Friday for everyone and hopefully you have had a great week, today I come with a work that I decided to title: An intense brightness of Honey Eyes and in it I try to play with many clear and bright tones to create a pretty girl which I decided to call Lizzeth, the main idea with this drawing was to give a new appearance of painted with high brightness to try to highlight some attributes of the face especially; and well here I will show you a little of the process of how I made this work and I hope you like it:

Como están mi gente, feliz viernes para todos y ojalá hayan tenido una gran semana, el día de hoy les vengo con una obra que decidí titular: Un Intenso brillo de Ojos Miel y en ella trato de jugar con muchos tonos claros y brillantes para crear a una linda chica a la cual decidí llamar Lizzeth, la idea principal con este dibujo era el de dar una nueva apariencia de pintado con brillos altos para tratar de resaltar algunos atributos del rostros sobre todo; y bueno aquí les mostrare un poco del proceso de como realice esta obra y espero les guste:

PROCESS / PROCESO

For the creation of the sketch I looked for a fairly simple structure since the main idea of this work would be the painting and the application of colors; even so, I put a lot of effort and spent some time on the primary sketch since it is the one that would give me the perfect base to make more precise strokes and be able to create each detail with greater order. When I finally finished the sketch it was there where I started to apply colors layer by layer, I do the painting in layers to correct any imperfection that may occur in areas that meet as the skin with the hair, for example.

Para la creación del boceto busque una estructura bastante sencilla pues la idea principal de esta obra seria el pintado y la aplicación de colores; aun así, le puse mucho empeño y le dedique algo de tiempo al boceto primario ya que es el que me daría la base perfecta para ir realizando trazos más precisos y poder crear cada detalle con mayor orden. Cuando por fin culminé de boceta fue allí donde empecé a aplicar colores capa a capa, hago el pintado en capas para poder corregir cualquier imperfección que se pueda presentar en zonas que se juntan como la piel con el cabello, por ejemplo.

I was building the base for the skin with several irregular tip brushes and airbrush to achieve a softness in the skin characteristic of female skin, I spent some time playing with intense tones to the darkest to build the right volume on the face, neck and collarbone area where there are many low and deep shadows. Once I was able to achieve the right volume and look natural I could continue with the painting of the eyes and lips which would give Lizzeth that innocent personality that I wanted to convey for her; I was applying warm tones for the base of the iris and then with yellowish tones to create that sweet honey look for which I used airbrushes like the one I used for the blush of the cheeks.

Fui construyendo la base para la piel con varios pinceles de punta irregular y aerógrafo para lograr una suavidad en la piel característica de la piel femenina, estuve un rato jugando con tonos intensos hasta los más oscuros para construir el volumen adecuado en el rostro, cuello y la zona de las clavículas donde hay muchas sombras bajas y profundas. Una vez pude lograr el volumen adecuado y que se viera natural pude continuar con el pintado de los ojos y labios los cuales le darían a Lizzeth esa personalidad inocente que quería yo quería transmitir para ella; fui aplicando tonalidades cálidas para la base del iris y luego con tonos amarillentos para crear esa mirada dulce como de miel para la que utilice pinceles aerógrafos como el que use para el rubor de las mejillas.

Having achieved the intriguing look in the eyes with shadows and glitter the next thing I did in the painting process was to give color to the hair and for this section I decided to use mustard tones to complement the eyes; for this I took some time so that the base strokes of the hair were in the form of the long hairstyle and would fall on Lizzeth's shoulders. It took some time to get that primary relief because I mixed several tones in the form of wavy lines, then I made thin and scattered strokes with 3-tip brushes along with thin and fine brushes so it would not be like a fixed pattern, but rather to show the naturalness and realism that I intended for the painting of the hair.

Habiendo logrado la apariencia intrigante en los ojos con sombras y brillos lo siguiente que hice en el proceso de pintado fue darle color al cabello y para este apartado decidí usar tonos mostaza para que hicieran complemento con los ojos; para esto me tome algo de tiempo para que los trazos base del pelo quedaran en forma de el peinado largo y que recaerían en los hombros de Lizzeth. Fue algo tardado el poder conseguir ese relieve primario ya que mezcle varios tonos en forma de líneas onduladas, luego realice trazos delgados y dispersos con pinceles de 3 puntas junto con pinceles delgados y finos para que no quedara como un patrón fijo, sino más bien para que se viera la naturalidad y el realismo que pretendía para el pintado del pelo.

Finally I wanted to complement my work with a good background, for this I made an exhaustive search to try some brushes that I rarely use, but putting them together with each other you get those very interesting texture patterns which give great sense to the works. I used a misty tip brush which I then blurred to soften it a bit and make it look much better before using other brushes; then with a leaf tip brush I was able to create a look like falling autumn leaves which I thought would look very cool and would complement perfectly with the colors of the eyes, hair and so on.

Finalmente quise complementar mi obra con un buen fondo, para esto realicé una búsqueda exhaustiva para probar algunos pinceles que rara vez utilizo, pero que juntándolos unos con otros se consiguen esos patrones de textura muy interesantes los cuales le dan gran sentido a las obras. Use un pincel de punta como de neblina el cual luego difumine para suavizarlo un poco y que se viera mucho mejor antes de usar otros pinceles; luego con un pincel de punta de hojas pude crear un aspecto como de hojas de otoño cayendo el cual me pareció que se vería muy cool y se complementarían perfectamente con los colores de los ojos, cabello y demás.
