Is Democracy All Good Though?

As citizens of any nation we love having the power in our hands. Yes that's absolutely good. We love our voices being heard, we love influencing the final decisions to be made in the country.
Why do we love it so much? It's a simple answer, we get affected the most if the wrong decisions are made by the government or those in power. But wait, is it all good that we strive for democracy all the time?
Well I would argue that there's a downside to everything and there's a price to having freedom, and no I'm not talking about fighting another nation to protect borders and have freedom from oppression. I'm talking about the downside of achieving freedom to do whatever as a citizen of a nation. (By whatever, I'm only talking about things that don't break laws)
The funny thing is that you don't necessarily have to do something that breaks the law to create problems, sometimes a wrong financial decision of the government can cause more harm than sky rocketing robbery cases.
Is it true the the view or opinions of the masses could be wrong? The answer is a big fat yes, and that's the problem with Democracy. In a case where everyone's voice has to be heard, making a final decision can take longer times, however in a case where only a few people make all the decisions, the masses may not be considered all the time.
So in this regard, is Democracy bad?
Nope, Democracy is not bad, but I think it's just very weak. Everybody wants a Utopian nation where everything and everyone is nice, peaceful and things progress fast. Strong national currency, more jobs available low cost of living, practically an easy life.
However reality is quite different. There's a downside to good things and very democratic nations are no different. Democratic Countries are a bit too open and welcoming. Being a welcoming nation is cool but when you welcome the wrong people, you're only setting yourself up for disaster. Allowing everyone to enter is not always the best thing.
Now I'm not in Europe so I can't speak for them but millions of people are moving to Europe because they are escaping war and violence. Think about what could happen if let's say 5000 of them were secretly trained to be sleeper agents in Europe. Very democratic countries at war can be taken over easily.
The most effective way to destroy a group, community or country is by planting an insider enemy.

The point I'm trying to make is that Democracy is awesome but just not enough. It's not enough to simply create a platform where everyone's voices or opinion is included in every decision to be made. Votes are a great way to let the people decide but what if the masses are persuaded to make the wrong decisions.
Let me hear in the comments what you think is the best governance system for any country or culture. Although there's no Universal system that can handle all problems with the same effectiveness, I would love to know what you think would be the best.

Conspiracy theorists say the media masters control the finance, media and politics under any democracy as they hold absolute power over what is happening in the country. I don't know about any of this cause I am too dumb to understand all of this. But maybe there is a shadow group of people behind any country that control everything behind the scenes.
you're smart in my opinion and yes there's always a secret power but one common thing about them is MONEY that's all. They use their money coupled with greed or lust of politicians to influence political decisions and end up controlling everyone

Well brother from as much as I know with my politics research, these are men and women of power and influence, if anyone wants to enter politics in the future, the wicked rich people behind the scenes can make them win but in exchange, control as puppets like you rightly said. It's best to always be genuine and avoid getting tempted to take persuasive deals from them. When it comes to direct confrontation of men of power, it's a really risky thing to do because they somehow control the law and can bend it against you even if they're clearly the guilty ones

Well they use money brother... Judges and police, lawyers have one thing in common like everyone else, they need money and the rich people have lots of it to spare or waste or give in exchange for influence and control. That's the thing about corruption man, it's a sad situation
On the front side Donald Trump seems to have a anti muslim side to him but my relatives in USA tell me he was really nice to the muslims there. I think Donald Trump can bring a change in his fight against corruption but somehow Kamala Hariss is popular because of her support for Palestine of late. Donald Trump verbally hates Palestine and uses slurs to name people Palestinian but he does not mean this he is good person from the heart.
To be honest brother, I can tell anyone to trust any politician. The best advice to any friend of mine is to focus on building their own success and wealth and future for themselves, family and friends. Because regardless of which corrupt politicians in power, if you become successful you and your family will be protected. I wish you the very best in the future brother.
